This 750 square foot condo is located in south Kihei (the dry side of Maui) just across the street from Kamaole 3 beach. It is on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the very well maintained gardens. Steps away from the BBQ grill area (you will learn to appreciate this asset). The unit has been recently renovated featuring tile floors except in the bedroom, a fabulous 3 X 4 foot custom tiled shower(no tub), new: paint, light fixtures, door latches, and linens. The queen size bed is very comfortable while the sofa/bed in the living room is probably only comfortable for kids. The kitchen is loaded with utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Plug in internet (not wireless). TV's in the BR and LR. Radio only in the twin speaker stereo.
About 5 miles away from Makena where there is Big Beach and Little Beach (clothing optional). There is a large assortment of good affordable restaurants nearby. This unit is for NON SMOKERS only. This condo represents a lot of value for your rental dollar.
