This oceanfront Villamare is located in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, and SC. USA (45 minutes from Savannah Airport.
This oceanfront Villamare is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominiums located on the 4th floor of Villamare in building #1 and is accessible by elevator or stairs. This villa has a view of the ocean from the dining room, living room, bar area, master bedroom and from both balconies. The walk to the ocean and the outdoor pool is 20 feet. The walk to Villamare Health club and indoor pool is 150 feet.
This 4th floor ocean front Villamare begins with a key less entry to offer added security and ease as you come and go to the beach. Upon entering the condominium, the kitchen is appointed in granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry wood glass cabinetry. The entire villa is done in travertine flooring. The cookware is by Wolfgang Puck , Pier One Plates & flatware, and Henkel Cutlery for quality cooking and presentation. The living area has been expanded for additional entertaining area. The dining room seats 6 and sits in front to 3 large pane windows with a perfect view of the ocean. The living area is newly decorated in micro suede sofa and print chairs, contemporary art with an armorer housing a TV and DVD.
The master suite has an ocean view from the king size bed, a Jacuzzi tub, private full bath with double vanities and balcony with French doors leading to the living area. The second master suite has one queen bed, private bath and walk in shower. Great care has been given in selecting new mattresses, duvets, and linens so yours nights are as enjoyable as your days.
Villamare is a Premiere Oceanfront Resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, health club with indoor heated swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, and steam sauna and extensive workout facility. As a renter, feel free to use all the amenities at no cost. As a renter, you will also receive 2 hours of free tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. This Villamare has wireless high speed internet.
The outside pool is nestled around a 3 tier deck for sunning and viewing the ocean. Palm trees are around the deck to provide shade for anyone who forgot their umbrella. Next to the large pool is a heated Jacuzzi, toddler pool and a cabana. The outdoor pool is heated during the months of Oct, Nov, Mar, and Apr.
Palmetto Dunes (PD) offers the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, The Fazio Golf Course, The Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, Palmetto Dunes Outfitters and the General Store and Alexander’s Restaurants. PD offers a free shuttle bus service to local shops at Shelter Cover, Mall and Plaza, The Plantation Center and the PD Golf and Tennis Centers.
