An 18-foot screened lanai offers a beautiful day-time view of the intracoastal waterway, which is excellent for fishing or boating. The night-time view is breathtaking with low voltage lighting along the paved walkways.
Wonderful restaurants, watersport and boat rentals, and excellent shopping are within walking distance; or take the five-minute drive to Siesta Village for exploring additional restaurants and boutiques. Golf facilities, theaters, and many Florida tourist attractions are available in nearby Sarasota and surrounding communities.
