If you are looking for a comfortable apartment in the heart of Recoleta, equipped with all the amenities visitors love, this is an ideal apartment for your stay in Buenos Aires.

Located on Arenales Street, between Callao and Rodriguez Pena Streets (1 block from famous Santa Fe Avenue Shopping), and just a few blocks away from the Recoleta Cemetery, this brand new luxury 35 square meter (375 square feet) apartment has been decorated with your comfort and convenience in mind. This very nice unit is full of light and features designer furniture throughout. A Flat 32 inch LCD TV, CNN in ENGLISH, a firm and comfortable QUEEN bed mattress and a full size closet are also features. There is also a convenient desk and a practical counter-top dining area. The bathroom also includes a bath tub.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender and includes cutlery and dishes for four persons. The unit also features a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi access, a prepaid cell phone can be requested for a nominal fee, subject to availability, and a safe. If you don't bring a laptop, there are still "Locutorios" (public internet service and long distance calling stores) very close to the apartment.

The building is one year old and boasts a roof-top pool, hot-tub and a barbecue area. There is also a convenient gym, coin operated laundry facilities and sauna in the building. A supermarket is located just 1 1/2 blocks away.

Recoleta is one of the most exclusive and secure neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. It also harbors many of the city's significant, historical and cultural landmarks including the recoleta cemetery and the museo nacional de bellas artes. It's easy access to taxis, busses, subways, elegant shops, restaurants, bars and cafes also make Recoleta the best choice for a place to stay while in Buenos Aires.

When you arrive in Buenos Aires, we can request a private car service to pick you up at the airport. At check in, we'll greet you with a map and give you a brief orientation with suggestions on what parts of the city and which restaurants to visit.

                    We stayed here in March 2009 for a week. The apartment was brand new and in a perfect location. We loved the nearby shops and restaurants. Great place at a great price.
