Stay in this beautiful, completely remodeled home nestled in the foothills of Kingsbury Grade near Heavenly Ski Resort. Wake up to panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains on this secluded 1 1/2 acre wooded estate. Why stay in a cramped hotel room or condo when you can relax in a private mountain setting?
This home is one story with a detached heated game room. The living room is complete with 2 pull out sofa beds, a dbl reclining love seat, a flat screen Plasma TV with cable, surround sound, ipod hookup and DVD player, gas fireplace, and panoramic views. Kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating utensils, a new stainless steel fridge with ice maker and water filter, gas stove, oven, and trash compacter.
The master suite is furnished with a California King bed, walk in closet,remodeled bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and stand alone tile shower. The guest room has two twin size beds, which can easily be converted to a King bed by using the attachment provided.
Game room is located in the detached converted garage and is fully heated with temperature control. It includes a pool table, air hockey table, and cable TV. Enough driveway space to park multiple vehicles, RV's, boats, etc.
There is a full size washer and dryer available for your use.
This house is located a short 10 minute drive to Heavenly Stagecoach ski lifts, 20 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe casinos, 40 minute drive to Kirkwood Ski Resort, and 30 minute drive to Carson City. For the adventurer there is snowmobiling, hiking, 4 wheeling, fishing, skiing, golfing, para gliding, and ballooning. Go for a massage and hot tub mineral bath at Wally's Hot Springs Resort in the historic western town of Genoa. Many golf courses are nearby. The public swimming facility in Minden 5 minutes away has an indoor kid's pool, Olympic and outdoor pools all for a nominal entry fee.
For those who love nightlife the casinos are minutes away. You can take the BlueGo shuttle located just steps from the rental to many different surrounding attractions. Visit the BlueGO website for route and times for the Foothill Park and Ride lot pick up point.
