Welcome to your home away from home! This 3,100 square foot home situated on gorgeous Seabrook Island is truly a gem. Nestled between towering pine trees draped with Spanish Moss and Palmetto palms framing a stunning marsh view, this newly built home has it all.
Entering from the front veranda you are drawn into the spacious living area. Warm and inviting with uninterrupted views. Wonder out onto the huge balcony, ease yourself into an Adirondack chair and watch the herons fishing on the marsh.
The kitchen is filled with modern appliances to cook a feast for the dining table that seats 12. Enjoy the screened shrimp porch with a heater for those cooler off season evenings.
The master bedroom with en-suite is located on the first level and also has a large sun room with TV and balcony. A king bed ensures a great night sleep after a soak in the Jacuzzi tub.
There are three bedrooms on the second level, one with en-suite and king bed. Another has a queen bed and there is also the kids room that sleeps four. A huge full bathroom is also upstairs.
A study/sitting room with a sleeper sofa, TV/DVD offering additional sleeping arrangements. A full laundry and a guest bathroom are also on the first level. Ample parking in the garage for up to three vehicles and a double shower for de-sanding after enjoying a day at the beach.
We have bicycles for the whole family to make the leisurely 7 minute commute to the Oyster Catcher ocean boardwalk. Alternatively, bike to Freshfields Village for a coffee, shopping and dining. Wireless internet access throughout the home. Stereo with iPod docking station, DVD players, and Direct TV. Two championship golf courses, tennis center, equestrian center, fitness facilities are also nearby. Beautiful and historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive - great for day trips!

First came to Seabrook Island as a renter and just fell in love with the place. Can't beat a gated community, world class golf, tennis, and equestrian facilities. Brand new pools and clubhouses are an added bonus. What really sold us on buying a house at Seabrook Island is the relaxing atmosphere and uncrowded beaches. You can come here and just switch off! Leave the stress of everyday life behind and merge into the slow lane. Everyone's so friendly and laid back here.
Fantastic pools and the Pelican's Nest restaurant is a great place to take in the sunset!
