OCEANFRONT location and views my two bedroom,(sleeps up to 8) three bath, 1305 square foot villa with private lanai's at the luxurious, five star Marriott's Maui Ocean Club Resort. Located directly facing Ka'anapali Beach. Villa offers breathtaking sunsets and beautiful sand beaches. The resort is only minutes away from the resort area of Kapalua and the town of Lahaina.
The resort features a large free form pool with waterfalls, two whirlpool spas, and water slides. The children's pool area includes its own water slide. Adjacent to the resort is the championship Ka'anapali Golf Course. Nearby golf includes the Kapalua Bay Course, Village Course, and Plantation Course.
Villa consists of 3 areas
1. Main Living Area
2. Guest Bedroom also referred to as a Studio
3. Master Bedroom Suite

1.Villa features a comfortable living and dining area with a queen sleeper sofa, color TV with DVD, table and chairs, lanai, and separate bath. Gourmet center has a sink, microwave, bar-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, private lanai
2.Guest Bedroom with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, king bed, color TV, queen sleeper sofa, private lanai, and separate bath.
3.Master Bedroom with king bed, color TV, desk with chair, sitting area, lanai, and separate bath.
This villa can be rented as
1. A complete 2 Bedroom villa (sleeps 8) including areas above listed as area 1, 2, 3.
2. A 1 Bedroom villa (sleeps 4) including areas listed above as 1 and 3.
3. As a studio (sleeps 4) listed above as area 2.
