Charming, beautiful, and large two story townhome with two bedrooms, one bath. The unit has large, open, and bright living areas with brand new 2" wooden blinds for a classic and clean look and maximum view of the beautiful trees. It has wood parquet floors, recently painted walls and new furnishings. The kitchen has all necessary amenities including gas stove and oven, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, new dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes and flatware. The new dining room set has a granite table top and the spacious living room a new leather sofa.

The master bedroom has a new queen size bedroom set including mattress and linens and a roomy closet. The second bedroom also has a new queen bed including mattress and linens. There is also an oversized window seat that may be used as a sleeping area (larger than a twin size bed). The unit accommodates five people comfortably.

Other amenities include a stackable washer/dryer (in the unit), cable TV, wireless Internet access, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and convenient off street parking.

The community swimming pool is open between Memorial weekend and Labor day weekend.

15 minute walk to great neighborhood restaurants, shops, public library, and movie and live theaters. Less than a block from public transportation (DASH bus to metro) to DC. 12 minute drive to the National Mall (Capitol Hill, White house, and Museums including Smoithsonian Institution). Less than 10 minutes from Reagan National Airport and 25-30 minutes to Dulles airport.

  • We enjoyed our stay in DC. From The condo was easy 10 minutes into downtown DC. Very quite and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. And the owner was very easy to communicate with.

  • WONDERFUL PLACE! My husband and I stayed here for one week and absolutely loved this place. It was all we had hoped for and more. It really did feel like home for a week. And the fact you can get into D.C. in a matter of minutes made it even better. The owner is wonderful to work with! Thank you again. We'll definitely be back...and can't wait :)
