We are listed as two-bedroom, two and 1/2 bath with loft, but stay with us and you will see it is like getting three bedrooms for the price of two.

Perfect year-round destination! In the winter, plan to ski, snowboard, cross-country ski, snowshoe, snowmobile, sleigh rides, sledding or anything else you enjoy. In the spring, summer and fall, enjoy the many lakes, kayak, canoe, golf, hike, bike, etc.
Our newly renovated condo is approximately 1300 square feet and offers two bedrooms (each with a queen sized bed) and a full bath on the main floor plus a bonus bedroom in the loft with built in bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a queen-sized pull out sofa in the living room. The unit is located in the heart of Pagosa Lakes (same area as Wyndham Resort); it is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, a day spa, video rentals, local breweries and a grocery store. And, just 3 miles from the Hot Springs and downtown Pagosa Springs.In the spring, summer and fall, choose from rafting, kayaking, hiking, fishing and hot air ballooning just to name a few. The Hot Springs are open year round. Pagosa Springs is a magical place to visit any time of year. The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center is located nearby and offers basketball, racquetball, cardiovascular and weight machines, free weights and an indoor pool and hot tub. As a guest of our unit, we can offer you discounted passes of $7 per person per day, to enjoy the facility. In the winter months, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, ice-fishing and cross-country skiing to enjoy. You can take a short 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Resort or if you prefer, you can walk to the shuttle bus, offered by Wilderness Express, for about $27 per person, roundtrip. The unit is furnished with bed linens, blankets, towels, fully equipped kitchen (including pots, pans, dishes, utensils) featuring; a coffee maker, toaster oven, indoor grill, Kitchen aid mixer, microwave as well as fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal and a washer and dryer. The dining table seats six and there are two barstools at the breakfast nook as well. To make your stay more enjoyable, the TV's (LCD in living room and master bedroom) each have a DVD player and Dish Network, and a library of over 400 movies including DVD, VHS & our brand new Roku system. Plus an assortment of games and books are available for you to enjoy. There is also a stereo system with AM/FM, CD and iPod docking station.
The kids will love the loft area… up the spiral staircase to their hangout, featuring built-in bunk beds, a TV, DVD player and a Sony Playstation as well as its own bathroom, they may never come down! We offer complimentary long distance service and DSL and WIFI access so you can keep in touch with your friends, family and the office too. We tried to make this your home away from home, so all the little touches are available for your use; an iron and board, hairdryer, flashlights, candles, snow shovels and ice scrapers to name a few. There are even towels for you to use while at the Hot Springs and sleds for the kids to use at the local sledding hill as well as tennis racquets to enjoy once the snow melts! After a long day of enjoying all the Pagosa Springs area has to offer, sink into the oversized jetted bath tub, turn on the fireplace, play a board game, watch a movie or just sit back and relax.
We are both in the hotel industry and believe we have thought of everything that you may want or need, stay with us and let us know! At the end of December 2008, we installed new tile, new carpet, new counters, new appliances, new bedding, new linens, new dishes, basically the works!

Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs
We fell in love with the Pagosa area the first time we visited. We knew for sure we wanted to have a vacation condo here. Everyone in the town is so friendly and laid back. The town offers fantastic dining from casual to upscale and we LOVE the Pagosa Brewery! There is so much to see and do from skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, snowmobiling, kayaking, hiking, etc.

We tried to make our home one that people would want to visit again and again, so we have equipped it with just about everything that we could think of. And, in December 2008, we renovated, we did all the work ourselves and are very proud of our unit now. We have more updates planned for this year, so keep coming back to check our progress! We are very grateful to share our home with each and every vacationer and hope to be a part of your family memories for years to come.
Update: We have decided to remove the retro wood burning fireplace, we will be removing the current hearth as well. By about December, our new gas fireplace should be up and running. Much easier to use and enjoy.
