Our newly remodeled cabin is located in Northwestern Wisconsin on beautiful Long Lake where you can enjoy some of the best fishing, boating, and swimming in Wisconsin. We are located near bait shops, a convenience store, golf courses, dining establishments and much more. Butternut Hills, an eighteen-hole golf course on the shores of Long Lake, is just 10 minutes from our cabin. Other great golf courses are in nearby Rice Lake, Spooner, Hayward, and Birchwood.
This picturesque 3,300 acre lake stretches almost 19 miles and reaches depths of over 70 ft. Officially designated as the "Walleye Capital of Wisconsin," its cool deep bays, gravel bars and rocky shorelines provide excellent walleye structure. This lake is also known for producing many other species including large and small mouth bass, northern, bluegills and crappies.
If fishing isn't your thing, play in the lake's crystal clear water. Take a boat ride to the well-known "sandbar" for a dip in the lake or cruise along the shoreline. This lake is a water lover's paradise and a fisherman's dream.
Private dock included with cabin on 400+ feet of shoreline.

We make an effort to tell all our renters about the shared space arrangements with our rental cabin. The vast majority of our renters appreciate having a restaurant right on the property--they actually emjoy eating at the restaurant--they have excellent food! We don't claim to be on the water that is why in our rental information it states lake view, which is what we have. It is a 30-second walk to get to our lake frontage with a private dock that is used exclusively by our renters.

Nice cabin, excellent lake and pretty good fishing. However, they fail to mention that the cabin is in a parking lot of a very busy restaurant and bar. You hear food and beer delivery trucks all day and everyone coming and going to the restaurant. It is within walking distance of the lake but you are NOT on the water and can barely even see the lake. I would say the noise of the parking lot is the worst. Will never go back.
