My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights in January 2011 and had a great stay. The unit was comfortable, well laid, and well supplied, and the owner, who lives on the island, was friendly and easy to deal with. Plus, the rate was very reasonable. The unit is on the second floor with a small balcony in a complex of 24 one bedroom condos in three buildings overlooking a large pool. Even though we were there in the high season many of the units were not occupied and the place was quiet and peaceful. It's within a five minute drive to the center of town (Christianstead), and although it's not on the water it's close to many of the beaches on the east end of the island. There's also a small outdoor restaurant (Cheeseburgers in America's Paradise) that's only a short walk away. And the wireless internet was a real plus for us. I've been coming to St. Croix for over 30 years and have stayed at a number of different places on the island. There are fancier condos and villas, and places that are right on the beach or with spectacular views, but for the price, size, and location this was one of the nicest ones I've been to.

This apt is absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time staying there. It is beautifully decorated with st. croix inspired modern furniture, clean, and tidy. It has views of st. croix and the large outside pool. It's airconditioned, which is key when you want to cool off. Also, we felt very safe in the complex and the neighbors we met were very friendly. The location is great, just minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. The owner gave us tips on where to go and he was right on the ball. We took many romantic walks along the beach, drank wine and rum at the friendly restaurants and bars, and tried out the different beaches. In short, we are definitely coming back as soon as possible. Thanks for the great hospitality!
