This is a gorgeous newer, one bedroom, one bath private apartment completed in December 2008. It is approx. 750 sq. ft., part of an owner/occupied residence, located on the lower level.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and has 13 ft. ceilings with crown molding and ceiling fans. The fully furnished kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, mahogany cabinets and granite counter tops. Everything is here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
This is a tranquil setting where a couple or small family can completely relax. Lawson Rock has lush tropical landscaping covering rolling hills. The beach, with tide pools and it's community dock, is within a few minute's walk.
The snorkeling within the coral reef is spectacular!! A community pool is steps away. Or walk out on to the 400 foot dock for wonderful sunsets, very romantic. Lawson Rock is centrally located on the island, West Bay and West End are nearby where restaurants, bars and souvenir shops can be found. Canopy tours are minutes away.

My Husband and I rented this nice apartment for almost 3 months and enjoyed every min.It is walking distance to the beach and to the nice pool. Nice A/C with beautiful furniture and everything you need. There is a nice DVD player so bring your own DVDs. It is very cozy and private and very safe.We went long walks and enjoyed the most beautiful views. I will recommend to everyone. Regards

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment at Lawson Rock. It is beautifully appointed and spacious, with every kitchen convenience thought of to make your stay enjoyable. The bed was wonderfully comfortable! The location is excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our snorkeling afternoon across the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental to my friends, and we hope to return one day soon!

This is the third time I have stayed at this property and to say the least- I LOVE it! Extremely safe. Beautiful grounds, close to everything but still very quiet. My favorite place to go snorkeling on the island is right across the street. Hot water is consistent. A lot of places look better than they are, but this place is really as good as it looks.
