Enjoy the sunsets and ocean waves surrounding Haystack Rock from the large picture windows and wrap around deck that surround this newer three-level home in Pacific City, Oregon. Enter into the spacious great room with open beam ceilings. The large gourmet kitchen has new granite counter tops, knotted hickory cabinets, cook top stove, Bosch stainless steel dishwasher, and stainless steel refrigerator. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities and small appliances.
"Seas End" is a great house for large family entertaining. This uniquely decorated four bedroom, two bath home sleeps fourteen people. The main floor has large picture windows, a large gourmet kitchen, a dining and living room area and a large screen TV with DVD/VCR. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a TV-DVD with a great view of the ocean. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a single bed. The main bathroom has a tub/shower and granite countertops. Bedroom #3, upstairs, has a panoramic view of the ocean with a queen bed, full bed with a trundle bed, day bed with a trundle bed, and flat screen TV-DVD/VCR. Bedroom #4, downstairs, has a queen bed, twin bed and twin roll-a-way bed with TV-DVD.
Kids and adults will enjoy the "Arcade Room" with a Pool Table, Pinball, Arcade Video Games on free play and TV-VCR. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. The large laundry room with washer and dryer and a granite counter top sink. Single car garage and parking for four cars.
Other amenities include a Weber gas barbecue, wrap around deck, and wireless high-speed internet. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. This is a non-smoking house. This Second Row home has beach access, about 25 feet away, with a low bank sandy slope to the ocean.

"This was my first beach house rental ever and it was "amazing!" This was also the first time with my family and we had a wonderful vacation. I hope we come back again and again! The three levels were a perfect fit for our entire group. The view was gorgeous. You literally have provided everything for us and you meant it when you said just bring your own food!:) We stepped out of our home and into another. We felt so at home and always relaxed. This house was a great place to have our annual family beach get together. The video games really were a hit with everyone - we spent over four hours on Friday night challenging each other. The house comfortable held all of us without anyone getting in each others way. The weather also cooperated and we had beautiful sunny days without to much wind. The pictures of the house accurately display this wonderful home. Our only complaint was the dishwasher didn't work so we were forced to wash dishes by hand - an unknown experience anymore!!!! It was an easy trip to go into Lincoln City, Depot Bay or even back up north to Tillamook. The house is located about mid-way between Tillamook and Lincoln City. We can't recommend any restaurants since we didn't eat out at all - each family took a meal and brought the food and fixed it.
Owner response:Immediately after being notified by the guest that the dishwasher was not working properly, the appliance repair sevice was notified. They came out right away and put a new computer board in the Bosch dishwasher. The Bosch diswasher works great.

We had the advantage of seeing the house last October and meeting the owners and had talked with them recently, so the house was as we expected and certainly was comfortable and met the needs of our family of 10 (including 12, 9, 5 and 2-year-olds). The house is situated just across a sandy street from the beautiful beach, which we certainly made use of during the week we were there. A beautiful home, with lots of open space, thematic (and humorous) decor and everything you might need except food and clothing. Could have used 3 bathrooms, but we got amazingly well with just two. The kids loved the game room (and I also appreciated the pool table, although I couldn't seem to beat my son). The closet full of games and puzzles was also a pleasant treat. Kiwana Shores is a gated community close to the Pelican Pub, Doryland Pizza, Stimulus Coffee Shot and the downtown section of Pacific City, with its restaurants (notably Delicate Palate and The Grateful Bread). Although we arrived the same day that another family left, the house was very clean and everything was in order. In short, the house was wonderful, the owners were both helpful and friendly and the setting was magnificent.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

"The house was completely wonderful with all the pots, pans, bowls, dishes, towels, etc. for a large family. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach with a fabulous view and fairly nice weather. The family enjoyed the game room and different levels of house to spread out in. We even used and appreciated your library. Thanks for making your lovely beach home available for a reasonable price for a big family. It was our first beach house experience, but won't be our last. Our family enjoyed our stay this wonderful beach house. From Oregon, Washington, and Arizona we all met at Pacific City. The house had everything you could ever need! The view was spectacular from the 2nd story deck. There was only a few things that could use attention. The carpet was pretty worn and ripped in spots. The triple bunk bed on the 2nd floor could use more comfy matresses. But all in all the home is clean and comfortable. The owner Phyllis is such a sweety, made the reservation process very easy! We definitely would recommend this home and any of her others there in the same gated community. Very easy access to the beach. I cant say enough about the view from the tall windows while cooking in the kitchen. The Pelican Brew Pub in town had great food. Especially clam chowder. Also if you get a chance stop intoThe Greatful Bread Bakery in town. Looking forward to a return trip! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!
Owner response:The home had new carpets installed in March 2011. The triple bunk bed has been replaced with a new Queen bed with a new pillow top mattress and a single bed. The home now sleeps 14 people.
