House located in Lely-resort with GOLF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES for 2 persons at Classics, Mustang, Flamingo (all 4-star courses w/ Classics as members only) at Lely included via transfer. 3 month minimum required for golfing privileges. All you have to pay for is a cart ($23/person). Non-member golf rates per person for Mustang/Flamingo courses are $100/am and $70/pm (Oct/Nov/Dec), and $156/am and $112/pm (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr). Please check with clubhouse for exact rates.
Player's Club and Spa access (gym, spa, tennis, pool) included. Downtown Naples (old and new) is only 10 min away. Interiors are beautifully decorated with bright southern light and view of lake. Master bedroom has dedicated bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom with tub. 3rd bedroom is in separate cabana with its own bathroom that has a shower. Landscaped courtyard but no pool. No pets and no smoking and bi-monthly cleaning service requested by owner.
