Great 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that has brand new 600 thread count sheets sets and brand new extra large towels. The large fully furnished kitchen opens up to the living room and all with a view of the beach we also have an extra large balcony to enjoy. This condo is the very closest to the beach of any of the units in the entire Horizon South complex
Horizon South is a great location for families with lots of activities on site. And for all of those ball teams visiting FRANK BROWN PARK less then 2 miles from the ball fields, with the brand new Pier Park just minutes away.
SAVE Hundreds of dollars off the cost of the beach front units while having amenities that they can't offer 2 Tennis Courts just resurfaced they are in great shape, a 9 hole put put golf course, shuffle board, 4 separate pools, charcoal grills, a basket ball court and we have our own designated beach area just like all of the gulf front condos have . And another (BIG PLUS YOU CAN PARK RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR CONDO) not 300 yards away in a 6 story garage or have to wait 20 minutes for an elevator.

Listing was accurate but unit could have been cleaner there was a build up on the floors and nothing really to clean it with ( only a broom and bent dustpan) we wore socks or flipflops inside the entire time.I called the office on Sunday to report a problem with the shower drain and never had a response, so we all had to use the other shower.Don't know if I would reccomend this condo.The complex itself was great with the four pools. Please get more light bulbs we had to replace some just to see.
Owner response:Our lease says to please report any problems with a unit on arrival these July weeks are sell-outs which means everyone is very busy. I can't believe that someone would leave a message and never call back for the problem to be fixed, a lot of messages come in from a guest when they are in a condo and the cell service is so bad you can't make sense of the call. We have cleaning supervisors and maintenance staff that take care of these issues. I wish you would have pursued the repairs need then to just complain after you leave when nothing can be done.
