Newly Furnished, Gorgeous Views and Great Rates! This One bedroom villa is located in the West Hyde Park section of Kingston Plantation, a beautifully landscaped 145 acre oceanfront resort. This spacious 1st floor villa is situated in a serene area with postcard-like views, yet very close to the miles of white sand beach and numerous pools. Guests will enjoy a deck. Backyard views include gorgeous park-like setting.
This villa is newly furnished a king size bed in the master bedroom along with a queen pullout sofa in the living room. We have taken the utmost in care and consideration in maintaining a clean villa and supplying it with many conveniences and quality furnishings, appliances, linens, towels.
Amenities include a large 4.5 million dollar Sport & Health Club with state of the art fitness equipment, racquetball courts, sauna and Jacuzzi, large indoor pool, junior Olympic outdoor pool, sun-deck, nine lighted tennis courts, pro shop, ocean front dining and more.
Other amenities in Kingston include an Oceanfront Activity Center, which consists of several outdoor pools, a sauna, a splash bar and grill, beach volleyball area, a large pavilion for outdoor entertainment, rest room facilities, and more. Our villa is a three-minute casual walk or drive to the white sand beach and the ocean. There are also the Health Club, tennis courts and a semi-private pool near the villa.
There may be a minor charge for the use of some amenities. The complex also has numerous paved walking and biking trails, several of which pass over the beautiful lake as you approach the ocean area.
