The living room features a queen sleeper-sofa, cable TV, VCR, and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen has everything including a breakfast bar, Bose Wave Radio/CD player, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top stove.
The kitchen has all the tools - a breakfast bar for the visiting bartender - and a dining room that seats six. TV's in each bedroom and two off-street parking spaces. All of this and only two an a half blocks to the Atlantic and one block off Duval!
