Our second home is a two bedroom unit, that sleeps 6 to 8 people. Our unit is on the 4th floor with 1140 square feet, sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep up to 8, decorated mountain rustic, THIS IS ONE OF THE LARGEST 2 BEDROOM UNITS IN RIVER RUN!
You can see the Gondola and ski slope easily while in unit, you wake up in the AM and the first thing you see is fresh snow on the Gondola! Red Hawk is so close that it is a snap to get to the Gondola in the AM and great to have a nice lunch or let that tired child take a nap in the afternoon. Red Hawk is one of the newest buildings in River Run. Red Hawk Lodge is on the east side of River Run, enjoy the amenities of River Run without the noise and relax in the peace of Colorado.
This unit feels cozy and has great views from your bedrooms. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs that provides seating in front of the fireplace or watch TV. There is a ceiling fan in living room and wind towers in all bedrooms. Recently installed slate entry way for taking off those snowy shoes while sitting on the bench by the door. There is also a LAND LINE in the unit and FREE wireless WI FI. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and opens up to the dining room. The dining room table is huge and seats 8 for your family meals. Our unit has slate floors in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. The unit comes with humidifiers, ceiling fan, wind towers and additional fans if needed. Both bedrooms have armories and large closets. The finishes and furniture in this unit are all mountain rustic, and you will feel right at home in this cozy, comfortable unit.

We live in Florida, but love the mountains of Summit County. We live a busy life with us both working, and our son works very hard in school. We have so many wonderful memories from Colorado and would love for you to make your own memories in our home!
Why the Owner Chose River Run, Red Hawk Lodge
We often felt very cramped in most River Run condos. So the 1140 sq foot 2 bedroom, 3 bath was perfect for our family. We can have family or friends join us and still be comfortable. Red Hawk Lodge is our choice for our second home for several reasons. First it is VERY close to the Gondola, it is very PEACEFULLY, NO BARS, RETAIL, STORES OR NOISE below the building. It is a stand alone building with the Snake River and the Ski Slopes behind the building. But it is also still in the River Run Village, just on the quiet East side of the Village. You can still enjoy your morning coffee and bagel in River Run or have a fun night in one of the many great restaurants or bars. But you will love the peacefulness of Red Hawk Lodge with the amenities of River Run without the noise.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Red Hawk Lodge's pool, hot tub, sauna, work out room, and lobby are all private. Plus the view of the River and Ski Runs is wonderful while you are working out or sitting in the hot tub. Our son enjoys playing a game of pool, chess or checkers with his Dad down in the lobby. In the morning you just get on the elevator, go to the private ski lockers, grab your skis, walk out the door and you are on the Gondola. It is very easy to get spoiled while staying at the Red Hawk Lodge. Go ahead and spoil yourself - it is your vacation!

This condo was very nicely decorated, warm, comfy and very clean. Great views of the Gondola and the mountain. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Unit had extra pillows and blankets and provided ample space. The 3 bathrooms were a big plus. Exceptional locaton, very convenient to the Gondola. Laundry facilites a plus. My kids loved the game room/pool table downstairs in the lobby.

The condo was the perfect size, nicely decorated and well maintained. Having the Murphy Bed and the extra 3rd bathroom made the condo seem like a three bedroom. The snow conditions and grooming were simply awesome! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this unit at the same time next year. The property management company was great, thank you for all the discounts and our ski equipment was first rate!

Wonderful Location for skiing with teens! Property managment company was wonderful, all the additional services available to renters was VERY helpful. Check in was quick and easy. We also used the their discount at eateries and at the Aveeda spa(wonderful spa and massage - we were pleasantly surprised!) Our condo was very well stocked and did not even need some of the items that we purchased at the grocery store before checking in. There were plenty of linens, great towels and it was VERY helpful to have the humidifers. Our condo configuration was great for two MOMS with teens. The murphy bed and sofa bed, 3rd bathroom and the 2 bedroom suites was perfect for our group. The owners were very nice and the property manager was great! The condo was perfect and we will rent it again!

We had a great spring break at your condo. Everyone was comfortable and plenty of room - even to hide from the kids. We also spent almost everyday at the pool and hot tub - what a great thing to do after a day of skiing. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was great, Sky Run had our paperwork ready and let us check in early, we were able to hit the slopes the same day as arrival. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Everthing was GREAT!
