I always stay here when I come to Montana. Very clean, cozy and great location. They have always been more than accommodating and I have recommended my family and friends to stay here.

Our stay at this "condo" was very disappointing. The owner was very misleading in the pictures used to depict the property, especially in the location. There is no view of the lake (as depicted in the first picture you see in this listing)! The "condo" is located in the most bizarre place for a vacation home I've ever seen! This home was stuck in the middle of an industrial part of town, as well as low-income housing. We were awakened to someone talking over a loudspeaker early in the morning from the stone business across the street. There was some sort of storage facility backing to the property. THIS IS NOT A VACATION LOCATION!!!! When I go on vacation, I expect the property to be in a location with other vacation rentals, or in a neighborhood with similar homes. This was not the case. Additionally, the home itself had some very unusual things about it. There were closed-over windows and what appeared to be some sort of garage/warehouse attached to the "condo." It looked vacant but why is this part of a condo? I would not consider this structure a condo at all. This is a very misleading term. Additionally, the house smelled like CarpetFresh had been poured all over the house to hide some sort of odor. The windows were open when we arrived, making me believe that there was some sort of odor the owners were trying to get rid of. The smell of CarpetFresh was so overwhelming, we had to sleep with the windows open and a fan running, even though nighttime temperatures were in the 50's. The oven in the kitchen was filthy, and the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. This really looked like a home that was lived in on a regular basis, and someone just decided to rent it on a week-end they were not there. I am taking the time to write this review in the hope that I can prevent someone else from having to experience renting this very misleading property.
Owner response: Owner Response: I am very disappointed in this review from someone who only stayed 2 nights. There is only one photo that might be misunderstood and that view photo is marked "view from the Lakeside dock", that is in Lakeside MT….some twenty miles from the condo, which upon further reading of the discription of the property becomes clear where that dock is, and that it can be rented as part of our rental program. Location: We are located at the edge of a subdivision (average for Kalispell standards and by no means low income) that faces Woodland Park which is centrally located in Kalispell Mt near downtown. We are not located on a lake( there is no lake in the middle of Kalispell). To our right there is another large park and then a baseball park beyond that there are storage facilities down the road and several businesses about two blocks away on our left. This is a great location for getting around the valley ( as advertised)…it is almost a hub that will give easy access to all that the Flathead Valley has to offer: Glacier Park …Flathead Lake ….Whitefish….Bigfork etc. It can be googled to get a better idea of where we a located in relationship to the Flathead valley. Value: Our accomodations are excellent for the price…I believe we are the least expensive facility on VRBO for the Kalispell area…and we cater to families that would like to vacation here, but spend less money than in our city’s average motel…and receive more room for their money. Most of our guests, and we have many repeat customers are very happy with our quality. If a guest is looking for water front vacationing be prepared to spent 3 to 4 times as much. Cleanliness: We pride ourselves at being EXTREAMLY CLEAN…as expressed by some of our other guests. We do not use carpet fresh but we do use disinfectant cleaning products that may have a slight odor and there might be some guests that are sensitive to that smell. We always open windows before our guests arrive to let in that great Montana air that we are so very proud of and something that we have done since the beginning of our rental program 3 years ago. I can assure you that this condo is only used as a short term or vacation rental and no one lives in it ….

Since the Flathead Valley is the place I consider home, but we have no house three anymore, this is our home away from home. We are so glad to have found it and this was our second year to stay. It is very well kept, comfortable and close to everywhere we want to go around the valley. Great place to stay and great folks to deal with.

We rented the 2 bedroom unit, plus the adjoining downstairs 1 bedroom unit, and found it met our needs perfectly. Great location - we enjoyed the walks in the park and into the historic district! We loved the backyard deck area too! The property was clean and well maintained throughout. We would definitely stay again, and would not hesitate to recommend this to a friend or family member. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

The Condo is newly remodeled, clean, nicely furnished, and in a great location. Park across the street is nice with skate park, pool, walking trail and pond area. It’s about 8 blocks from downtown Kalispell and everything you would need. You get a real bargain with the kitchen and washer/dryer. The only flaw is the road is slighly noisy. I would definitely rent again.

I stayed in this beautiful Kalispell home for two weeks in June, and can't say enough good things about it! The home is newly remodeled, completely immaculate, comfortable, nicely furnished, and in a great location. There’s a private patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, and a beautiful park across the street for relaxing afternoon strolls. It’s only about 30 minutes from Glacier National Park, a must-see while you’re in the area, and a short distance from Whitefish and Bigfork. The owner was incredibly accommodating, and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay again!
