Hi, we're the Sellhorst family from Omaha, Nebraska! Thanks for checking out our 3 bedroom/2 bath lake front condo located on the Big Niangua 3.5 mile marker of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. A perfect fall get-away!
Family Friendly Lake Level Condo!
When you arrive at the lake level condo, you'll notice the easy access right off Hwy 5 after you cross the Niangua Bridge. Then as you walk in the new unit and open the sliding glass door off the living area you'll take in the amazing view of the lake which is less than 20 yards from the patio! Perfect to sit with a warm cup of hot chocolate!
Inside, we have furnished the condo in a comfortable style with a super comfy pillow top king sized bed in the master suite. As you wake up each morning and open the blinds, you can take in the beautiful sunrise over the lake. The master suite also boasts a personal master bath with dual sinks and private sliding door to the lake front patio.
Two Comfy King Beds for Your Maximum Relaxation!
There is another roomy king sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed with a full bathroom right outside. All linens are provided.
The living room is equipped with a nice 36" JVC flat screen TV with DVD player for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy your favorite music on the stereo with built in speakers.
One of our favorite times is sitting on the private patio having a cold Bud Light listening to George Strait on the outside patio speakers laughing about the days events as we watch the sun dancing on the calm evening lake. I'm sure your family will love it too!
In the off season, you can lounge in the living room while enjoying a cozy fire in the gas fire place! Plus, the fishing on the lake is amazing in the fall and winter! Several record fish have been caught near by!
American Bald Eagles!
The fall brings in Bald Eagles! We love to take the pontoon out for a cruise searching for them. Often times asking at a local marina or restaraunt will point you in the right direction.

Not only will you have full access to a nice new 32' boat slip is also included with all condo rentals for free. Fishing guides are available on the lake, just check out the local bait show or newspapers to find one!
Don't Worry, We'll Supply the Necessities!
The kitchen is stocked with your basic necessities, dishes, silverware and basic pots and pans. For your convenience, we've included a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender and washer and dryer(which is great for a weeks worth of swim trunks and towels).

Our family has been vacationing on the Lake of the Ozarks since 1979! As a matter of fact, our condo is located on the original resort our family stayed that very first year, Holiday Beach Resort! Now, 30 years later we still spend several weekends and a full week at the Ozarks...including cousins and cousins kids!

Our condo is not fancy but is furnished in a way that will make you and your family feel comfortable. The furniture is nice and new but not stiff and stuffy...or old and nasty! The beds are comfortable, and having 2 king sized beds avoids the awkward conversations when two adult couple enjoy the condo!
If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful cove to anchor out in, this is it. There's a natural waterslide and the suroundings are amazing. Only enjoyable 15-20 minute cruise by boat.
If you're looking for a fun day off the water, the kids will love the Bridal Cave. The most popular cave in the area is only 10-15 minutes away by boat or car.
