Map & Owner's Profile
Cohasset Village Townhouse
Year Purchased: 1999
Why the Owner Chose Cohasset
I fell in love with this house at first sight in 1999. It is a hidden treasure, that I never even knew existed within our small downtown village. We love that great restaurants and shops are right outside of our front porch. We can watch the parades go by our front door. Walk the kids to local playgrounds, or the duck pond at the Common. It is a very walkable area, and a short distance from the harbor and beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Our favorite French restaurant next door will sometimes deliver the dinner right to us if we don't have a babysitter. We also love having a great wine store at our front porch.
Owner's Map of Cohasset
Cohasset is my hometown. I grew up here, and worked here in real estate for many years. A few years ago my family relocated about 20 miles from here, and we still use our Cohasset home for most of the summer.
