Many trail heads are within walking distance of the condo with year round access for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. It is within minutes from outlet the shopping and restaurants of Silverthorne. The property is also within minutes of Lake Dillon which can be seen from the balcony.
The Treehouse community clubhouse provides amenities such as hot tubs, pool, dry sauna, work out facility, racquetball court, pool, ping pong tables, and video games.
- The living room of the condo is very modern and comfortable with a warm sectional couch, high definition LCD TV, DVD player, wood burning fireplace, and rustic furnishings. A sliding glass door leads to a balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding mountain tops and Lake Dillon.
