This Unit is centrally located on the bay and very close to beaches. Several restaurants are within walking distances, as is shopping centers.
There is a Target and a Wal-Mart within walking distance. All Amenities are very close and owner can help with booking as well as referring.
Unit is in like NEW Condition and is a NON-Smoking unit. Accessible by boat or land and has a dock. Unit is not by the Road or any loud noises, quite at night.
You can watch the Sunset while sitting in the unit or on the balcony. Watch DOLPHINS at play. We'll do all we can to make your stay with us a great one!

This is such a GREAT location close to everything. Beautiful Sunsets. Waterfront Buying this was a no brainer. If your interested in owning a waterfront property ask the owner we can help, we know the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Benefits are your close to Major Restruants(you can walk some Cody's Steak, Out Back Steak, Sea Food Restruant, Green Iguana Restruant/Bar w/Live bands, CVS,Target, Wal-mart, Mall, & other Large Retail Stores. While still on the water, and just a couple min. to the beach!!! No Kidding just a GREAT Location. Even the boat ramp is just a min. away, oh and did I mention Golf Courses Galore.... Disney and all the theme parks are just a bit over a hour away.

We stayed here at Boca Ciega Resort in this one bedroom condo for one week. The building is well maintained and attractive.The pool area is large and was quiet, at least while we were there.This unit is well maintained and was clean when we arrived, but rather sparcely equipped. It feels more like a pure rental unit than a truly "owner occupied" condo. The living area, as the photo shows, has only the one small sofa, and nowhere to sit and read a book. The lighting is in other areas of the living space and is rather dim. For up to one week, these shortcomings were not huge, but would be more problematic for a longer stay. The owner did promptly address the one small issue that we brought to her attention. The view from the balcony is quite nice, and you can see a glimpse of the beautiful sunsets! For those wishing to walk to restaurants, shopping or whatever, the Boca Ciega Resort is poorly located - walking is only possible on a very fast and busy road. But if you want to be within a short driving distance of beaches, shopping, theaters, and almost everything else, it is convenient and central.

They are important to us.This year is my 1st full year of actually trying to rent my property, so the feed back from my guests helps me to accommodate my future guests even better. So, slowly & surely we will be adding things to the unit as we need them. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, however a few palm trees have grown too tall, blocking a little of our view. We have already discussed the possibility of cutting them down.So, soon the view will be even better.The condo is on the water, but not directly on the beach, it is about a 2 minute drive to the beach. It is in an excellent location, with a restaurant right next to it, a bike & walking trail directly across the street, a Target & 2 more restaurants across the street., & more shopping plazas a little further down the road, which you would want to drive to. Thank you for your comments.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+.

I found this condo after leaving somewhere that didn't meet my expectations, and here I found Paradise! This is a newer building and a great condo with a friendly and accomodating owner. The condo was amazingly clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The building was quiet and like home. The neighbors were all friendly, mature adults, making it a nice, quiet community. This is a great condo for a couple or a single person... Nice pool, jacuzzi, new gas grills, and great location. Most comfortable bed I've found when traveling. It's like coming home in the evening - not like a cold hotel room. Great place to relax in the evening with no worries. This is a great condo, whether you're staying for a week or all winter! I'll definately stay here any time I'm in St. Petersburg. It gets 5 Stars and then some.
