Our stay at his condo was nothing short of wonderful. The condominium was so roomy, meticulously clean and very tastefully decorated. We had 2 teenagers with us so they each got their own rooms in this 3 bedroom condo. There was a Playstation 2 for my son and a DVD player for our movie time. My husband and I were able to watch the sun rise over the ocean from our bed in the master bedroom each morning. The views from almost every room in this condo are fabulous because of all the windows. There was someone there to greet us when we arrived. He helped us get familiar with the unit, the gym, the 24 hour security and answered many general questions for us so that we could make the most of our stay in Cancun. There are 2 swimming pools and a small area to purchase drinks and snacks by the pool. Just past the pools and out a small gate you are on the beach. The grounds and pools were always kept very clean. The location of this property is very close to many restaurants so you can walk or there is a bus stop right outside of the property so you can take the bus and explore other shopping and restaurant areas. The bus does go up to Walmart in Cancun for about 65 cents each way so you can get about anything you want and bring it back to the condo. I really can't say enough good things about this particular unit and the location of the property. We definitely will recommend it to friends and family and hopefully be able to return at some point in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed in this 3 bedroom condo in December. The place is more beautiful than the photos could describe. We were met at the condominium by the property manager who took care of everything we needed! The condo is beautifully decorated with colorful Mexican art. The beach and pool area is beautiful, and the snack bar had great food and drinks! I would recommend renting from these owners at Bay View Grand - Cancun without any hesitation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
