Perfect Paris location - wonderful host

The owner, Florence, who lives next door, was wonderful and very helpful. The apartment was perfect - cozy, warm, clean, amazingly comfortable bed, large windows with lots of natural light, efficient kitchenette - fridge stocked with exactly what we needed, great bathroom. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Great location. We walked from the St. Michel-Notre Dame metro stop to the apartment in ~20 min. Easy walking to and through arrondissements 1,2,4,5,6,7,and 8: Les Halles, Place-Vendome, Enfants-Rouges, Notre-Dame, Sorbonne, Saint-Germain des Pres, Les Invalides, Champs-Elysees, Louve, and Eiffel Tower. We had a great apartment-picnic dinner from the fish, cheese, and wine markets just south, southwest of the apartment. The nearby Boulangerie-Pâtisserie des Arènes was amazing - beautiful and delicious pastries and breads. Thank you Florence - we appreciated your help with the metro and thoroughly enjoyed your lovely apartment. I hope to return and stay here again.

My husband and I could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. The studio apartment looks exactly like the pictures online. The apartment was clean and very cozy. When we arrived on our first day the weather was beautiful and Florence had the window's open, it was just perfect. There is a small stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave. Florence stocked the fridge with water, juices, sodas, milk, jams and butter. The bathroom was huge and clean. Florence had a list of recommendations for restaurants and bakeries which were very helpful. Eric Kayser was a few blocks from the apartment and the BEST baguettes, macaroons and croissants! The metro was 2 minutes from the apartment and we used it often. The wifi worked really well and we never had any problems. The location was really good. We were very close to the Latin Quarter and a 10 minute walk to the Notre Dame. What we really liked about the location was that we felt like we were in a very normal neighborhood and it made is feel 'Parisian.' Florence lives right next door and was very helpful. My husband and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ideally situated just a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame where we caught hop-on-hop-off buses for our 5 days of exploring Paris. The apartment is situated in a quiet street and was very clean and bedding extremely comfortable. The large bathroom - with bath, was a bonus. Florence is most welcoming and provided yummy breakfast provisions for our use. Thank you Florence for sharing your gorgeous studio apartment.

Lucia and I absolutely adored our time in Paris. The apartment was just so, so, so Paris, fantastically located and Florence was a truly wonderful host. It was like living as a local and everything was so accessible from our location. Loved it, loved it, loved it. We will definitely be back to do it again. PS. The little Irish Pub down the lane is great too for a late night drink & chat with the locals.

Thank you so much, Florence. It was absolutely fabulous getting to live in Paris for two weeks in my very own apartment! Your description and pictures of the apartment and amenities in the area was perfect. I spent the first few days walking around the Latin Quarter before I even took the bus or used the two metro stations on the corner because there was so much to see. I highly recommend this rental to someone travelling alone (or even couples) as I felt very safe and secure. The owner living next door was an added bonus. It was wonderful coming home to my cozy, quiet and relaxing little piece of Paris at the end of a day filled with sightseeing and shopping!

Thank you so much Florence for a great stay. Easy to get to from the airport. Close to the metro should you wish to utilize; we just walked everywhere, as it was conveniently located to everything. Restaurant recommendations provided were great along with nespresso machine in apartment and a boulangerie down the way for breakfasts in the studio. Can't wait to go back again and stay here.

We loved it here! Absolutely perfect. A beautiful balcony, gorgeous bathroom with a bathtub under a skylight and a state-of-the-art shower, in the perfect location, QUIET and tranquil looking out over the treetops of L'Arene, lying in the most comfortable bed. We will always stay here when we're in paris. The perfect spot! Florence is a lovely person, and the building has old-world charm.
