The home is situated on a double sided lakefront lot, with lots of room kayaking, fishing, or paddle boating. Exclusive neighborhood, very quiet, perfect vacation home. The Enclave is one of a few homes on a cul-de-sac, is very secure, private, beautiful night lighting, and elegantly landscaped. Residence only a few hundred feet walking distance to South Siesta Key Village and the Beach!!
Restaurants, shopping, jet ski/boating/bike rentals, bars, and nightclubs are all within 2 blocks from the neighborhood. Master bedroom has been completely updated with Italian tumbled marble floors throughout.
Expanded bathroom with travertine shower tile and hand-crafted window's overlook the property. This luxuriously decorated residence has 4 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms + Pool Cabana)/2 baths( linens, bath and beach towels are included). The master bedroom has a premium Tempurpedic King bed, the 2nd bedroom contains a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed/ a full bed, a twin bed , and 2 twin bunk beds ( see included pictures).
We also have a queen air mattress and a queen pullout sofa for those parties having extra guests. 2500 sq feet of an open floor plan gives you a tremendous amount of room to relax or entertain as you please.
Widescreen/Flat screen TV's, and a surround sound system throughout the house if your a sports or movie buff. Its a quick walk to the world renowned "baby-powder" beaches of siesta key. Its also on a private cul-de-sac, with other waterfront residences. Restaurants and shopps are right around the corner from the residence.
