Its a quick walk to the world renowned "baby-powder" beaches of siesta key. Its also on a private cul-de-sac, with other waterfront residences. Restaurants and shoppes are right around the corner from the residence. Its a great place to share with 3-4 families!!

We reserved this home from Dr. Craig for a wedding reception last month. After searching various sites, and listings we came upon this home with lots of rooms and space to entertain our entire group of 24 people. Somewhat nervous, we booked our guests and looked forward to staying at the home. When we arrived our nervousness disappeared and we were elated to see in person where we were staying. The rooms were spacious, backyard was well maintained and beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better place!! and it accommodated our entire group of 24 people without a problem. We did forget to put our garbage out to the curb for pick-up on the right day so it did pile up. Other than that , it was a wonderful event, with a fantastic property to entertain in. I recommend this property highly!!! thanks for everything Dr. Craig!!

My brother and I rented this property out while visiting family in Sarasota. We brought a couple of friends from Kansas City with us. I have to say that it was more than accommodating. The location was great and we could easily walk to the village. The owner was very informative and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I truly hope it's available the next time I come down to Florida.

We had our family reunion on Siesta Key for the past several years, and were willing to try a home instead of patching together several condo's for the amount of people we had coming. This residence came up on VRBO and was an absolute treasure!! We had plenty of space for 20 people and some extra friends. The entertaining space was open, we had plenty of privacy, and the pool was delightful. It was clean, great furnishings, and wonderfully decorated. I would recommend this great family vacation home to all!! We cannot wait till next year!!! Thank you so much for making our family reunion such a success Dr Craig!! All the Best!!!

This was our first trip to siesta key , and from what i heard about the beaches my family was extremely excited. We came across the listing #220236, and were very impressed. The home looked comfortable, clean, and in a great location right around the corner from siesta key beach!! Our expectations were high, and after staying for 2 weeks all i can say is WOW!! All of our expectations were exceeded and would highly recommend this wonderful home to all!! It was clean, very comfortable, and looks just like the pictures on VRBO!! Grab this home , its a great place.

As I read over the owners description of this house, he is in fact truthful, but misleading. The quality is just not there. We knew we were in trouble when we saw a dead uprooted tree close to the front door. The yard has been badly neglected as has the house. At least 1/3 of the light bulbs were burned out, including the main light in the kitchen. Starting with the kitchen, it was completely disorganized with mismatched dishes and utensils of poor quality, no large pans or frying pan. Did not have the appearance of being recently cleaned. I met my first of many cockroaches in the kitchen. The bed linens again very poor quality and mismatched, pillows were old and dirty looking, not something you would want to put your head down on. The hot tub was almost empty and dirty, we asked the owner to clean it and get it started, he did come back a couple of times, but we never had use of it. Master bedroom on the first floor does not have a window. Very noisy when air conditioner is running, hard to sleep without earplugs. We had the feeling of being ripped off and it will take us awhile to recover from this bad experience. The owner did acknowledge that there were problems and gave us a coupon worth $500 to use towards renting any of his properties. What a cruel joke.
Owner response:In December of 2010 we completely leveled this vacation home, and built a brand new , elegantly furnished, substantially bigger and upgraded home. We look forward to bringing this new residence to the visitors of siesta key for many many years to come!! This home is AMAZING!!
