The Sanctuary is a low-density, quiet hidden gem within Pelican Bay, a community that offers all the amenities you could desire including two private access beaches; three beach-side restaurants (perfect for evening sunsets); tennis courts with a pro shop; community center with a fully equipped, professionally staffed fitness center, and a computer lab to stay connected if you didn't bring along a laptop.

Our clean, freshly decorated 1700 sq ft condo is our own vacation getaway which is only rented occasionally. You will immediately relax upon arriving when you see the tranquil view from the living / dining room and lanai that look out upon the immaculate landscaping, fountains, bridge, lake and pool.
The living space is furnished in a French-country décor with a pull-out queen sofa, oversized chair / ottoman and large Sony TV. The French-country dining table seats six comfortably and is the perfect setting for dining with a beautiful view during the day or at night. The kitchen is spacious where two or three people can work together with lots of cabinet storage, new dishwasher, electric stove and refrigerator.
This second floor condominium (3 story building) has stair or elevator access to the private 2 bedroom / 2 bath / living / dining / kitchen / lanai space. The master suite has a King bed, double-sided walk-in closet with its own bath and double vanities. The spacious 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, with room for an additional double if desired, and plenty of closet space. The guest bedroom has private access to the 2nd bath that is also accessible from the main hallway. A full sized washer and dryer are also available.
My favorite - the screened lanai is the perfect place to wake up gracefully enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage at dusk as the sun goes down after another perfect day in paradise.
