Beautiful 2,000 Sq.Ft., 3 BR, 2 BA Brick Home in Quiet Residential Neighborhood. Beautiful Hardwood Floors. Within 1 – 2 Miles of Grocery Stores, including Whole Foods, many Restaurants, Staples, Movie Theatre’s and the USS Yorktown. Less than 5 Minutes to Downtown Historic Charleston and approximately 5 – 7 Minutes to the Beach. We are also within Walking Distance to the Start of the Cooper River Bridge Run event (which occurs each March or April).

Great-Safe Location for Walking, Jogging, Biking, etc. There is a Neighborhood Park with Swing-Sets and Playground at the end of our Street (approximately ¼ Mile from the House). We have a Great Screened-In Back Porch that sits atop a large 3-Step High Wooden Deck Platform. In addition, there is Plenty of Room for Children to Run around & Play with the Large Backyard & Front Yards. There are Two Living Rooms and an Additional Large Bonus Room off the Kitchen. Lots of Areas & Spaces for a Couple of Families to Enjoy inside and out, and a Long Driveway for Plenty of Parking for Multiple Cars.

  • We stayed at this house for the Cooper River Bridge Run. It was the perfect location, so close to the start. The house has been beautifully updated and the neighborhood is so quiet. If we go back next year - I am sure we will stay here!
