The kitchen is fully furnished with all of the necessities for the gourmet offering numerous dining options in the private large courtyard entrance with outdoor seating for six, the kitchen offers dining for four, the dining room offers seating for six, and the upper Terrance with views of the Mediterranean offers seating for up to six.

The lower terrace offers an outdoor living area complete with sofa, coffee table, and chairs. The living area offers a cozy fireplace, plasma TV, stereo, and large seating/party area. Just off of the living area there is a half bath for guest use.

The home has gorgeous southwest views and all day sun from the two-tiered terraces with outdoor access to each terrace plus access from each of the bedrooms. The lower level offers a washer and dryer plus a four-car garage with private access to the home. There is also street parking at the main entrance.

This home is perfect for lovers, friends, and golfers with 3 different golf courses within 5 minutes. Private tennis is available within the complex along with an over-sized pool. Shopping, dining, nightlife, and beaches are all within a five minute drive down to the coast.

Puerto Banus is 15 minutes with world class shopping including Louis Vuitton, and others. Each Saturday you will find the famous outdoor marketplace known throughout Spain.

The famous oceanfront chill-out lounge Nicky Beach near the Hotel Don Carlos is minutes away. Driving to Granada, Sevilla, Cadiz, Sierra Nevada Ski Area, and other towns is easily done in under two hours.
