The lower terrace offers an outdoor living area complete with sofa, coffee table, and chairs. The living area offers a cozy fireplace, plasma TV, stereo, and large seating/party area. Just off of the living area there is a half bath for guest use.
The home has gorgeous southwest views and all day sun from the two-tiered terraces with outdoor access to each terrace plus access from each of the bedrooms. The lower level offers a washer and dryer plus a four-car garage with private access to the home. There is also street parking at the main entrance.
This home is perfect for lovers, friends, and golfers with 3 different golf courses within 5 minutes. Private tennis is available within the complex along with an over-sized pool. Shopping, dining, nightlife, and beaches are all within a five minute drive down to the coast.
