Why the Owner Chose Coeur d'Alene
Traveled all over the world for thee decades with the US Navy. Of all the wonderful places we've visited and lived, we always knew we'd return one day to Coeur d'Alene- the best of the best. When we discovered this development being built, we instantly fell in love with it. It is so nice to visit, and every time we come, it gets more difficult to leave. One of these times, we'll just stay!
60 miles of bike trail, much of it built as part of the Rails-to-Trails conversion. Ride to Old Downtown, out around the lake, or even 40 miles into Spokane.
1.5 miles to CDA City Park, where the Ironman Triathlon is centered.

Here we are riding our new tandem bike. The Centennial Trail goes right by our front door, and we can ride to Old Downtown CDA, out around the lake, or even all the way to Spokane Washington. Most of the trail follows the river or the lake- it's absolutely gorgeous.
