We were taken aback by this beautiful, modern, spotless condo right on the river -- we had a feeling it would be wonderful but it completely went beyond our expectations!!! A truly amazing gem!!!

My wife and I spent a three day weekend at this condo during the third week of October. Another couple joined us, and the condo was perfect. The unit is very modern with great fixtures and appliances. It has a nice deck overlooking the river. At that time of the year, there were few boats but many squadrons of geese cruising up and down the river serenading us from dawn to dusk. The condo is located at the junction of two bike trails, one heading east along Lake Coeur D'Alene and the other heading west along the river all the way to Spokane. If that isn't enough, one could drive to the other side of the lake and ride the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, which travels up the Silver Valley for 70-some miles. There is great dining and shopping in Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Bottom line, it's a great place to spend a vacation.

This was our first time visiting CDA and staying at this property made it very enjoyable. Everything in the condo is new, modern and clean. The view is incredible. The location is ideal, as it is within walking distance of shopping and dining. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for luxury at an affordable price and convenience to all CDA has to offer. The Centennial Trail is about 75 yards from the front door, amazing. There are slips to tie up and load a boat. There are information pamphlets in the condo that show all the dining and activities in CDA and nearby Spokane. Quick communication with the owner via e-mail.

We had a wonderful week while staying at this beautiful condominium. The deck overlooks the Spokane River. It is located on the Centennial Trail for running and biking to the city park or beyond to the eastern shores of the lake. Many restaurants are within walking distance and the city center is close by. The Coeur d' Alene Golf Club is a 5 minute drive away also. The owner had a representative meet us on arrival to aquaint us with the security features, garage, storage cage and boat/jet ski dock and left us contact information if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here in the future as this unit is far nicer and more private than any hotel.

Wonderful condo in upscale building. Incredible views of the river with comfortable balcony and all the amenities. This unit is completely outfitted with everything you need. Just bring your toothbrush. Great proximity to the Centennial Trail and a short walk to downtown. Fun shopping center and movie theater out your front door. Everything was in perfect order and is taken care of by the best in cleaning crews. This adult family with champagne taste would definitely return.
Owner response:Pam and Bill, Appreciate the nice comments and glad you enjoyed our condo and some of CDA's best golfing. Thanks again for taking such good care of our home. You were excellent guests and are welcome back any time. Cheers, Bill

What a spectacular place to stay! We were in town for CDA Ironman 2011 and shared this wonderful condo with another couple. It was quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated....everything we could possibly need was there. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops made cooking our own meals so easy and the patio overlooking the river was a perfect place to sit with wine and friends. Our daily workouts were just out the front door of the building on a path next to the lake and the venue was about a mile away. Just perfect. Thank you again Bill for presenting such a great condo!
Owner response:Sarah and Jim, Thanks for the nice comments. We're glad you enjoyed our condo and your CDA visit. Congrats to Jim and Mike for completing Ironman 2011. That's a great accomplishment and it seemed like the weather was just right. We really appreciate you taking such good care of our condo...you were excellent guests and we hope you'll get a chance to return.

We stayed for a week in this waterfront condo. It was a very relaxing time and we especially liked being able to sit out on the deck and watch the river. We usually rent single family homes when on vacation as we have two younger kids, so we weren't sure how well we were going to like staying in a condo. However, this place was roomy, very quiet and the location was great. We were able to walk to a nearby park, coffee and restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again.
Owner response:Thanks for the nice comments Jason. We're glad your family enjoyed CDA and our condo. You are welcome back any time. Cheers, Bill

We hosted our local family here for Thanksgiving and we really loved the condo and had a great time. With the condo right on the water, looking out across the river and seeing the snow on the trees was just incredible. We also really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen is, with all the pots & pans, casserole dishes and bowls, we were well supplied for the Thanksgiving meal. While we couldn't get all 8 family members around the dining room table, but there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the meal. I also really appreciated the quality exercise equipment in the building. We're already looking forward to coming as soon as we can.

My husband and I, along with our 17-year-old son, had a wonderful 4-day experience in this waterfront condo. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The kitchen was amazing and contained everything we needed and more. The gas grill on the patio was a nice touch, along with the table and four chairs overlooking the river. We enjoyed watching the geese and seeing the boats go by. We watched cable TV and movies on two enormous flat-screen television sets, and there was room for each of us to either be together or enjoy a bit of privacy. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and pillows, and the bathrooms were nicer than in any hotel. On a practical note, the washer and dryer were brand new and easy to use, and a hair dryer and bathrobes were thoughtfully provided. The supply closet contained an abundance of spare supplies in case we ran out of anything. It was also one of the quietest places we've ever stayed, which is very important to us. Shopping, a movie theater, and a couple of excellent restaurants are literally within walking distance. We brought our bicycles with us (and kept them securely locked in a storage room in the underground parking garage). We had two delightful rides on the beautiful Centennial Trail, which crosses right in front of the condo building. The instructions we received from the owner were clear and getting into the building upon our arrival could not have been simpler. The public areas of the building, including the workout rooms on every floor, were clean, attractive, and well-maintained. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Coeur d'Alene.

Just a few words to say how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the Spokane River. We were very relaxed and enjoyed watching the different boats that passed by throughout the day as well as the canadian geese. Downtown is an easy commute whether it be by walking, biking or by car and it has so much to offer. Coeur d'alene is a beautiful place to visit any time of the year and we will certainly be back sooner rather than later. We have shared our experience with family and friends and can't thank you enough for making our first VRBO stay such a memorable one. Your mission was for us to relax and enjoy all that CDA had to offer and mission was completed.

We stayed 3 nights in this condo and loved every minute of it. The condo is lovely, right on the river, with all the amenities you could want. It is modern, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Coeur D'Alene is spectacular and nothing beat sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of tea watching the geese fly over and in the evening with a glass of wine watching all the boats return. We took a cruise and went kayaking, ate at wonderful restaurants and had fun exploring all the small shops in town. We hope to return and would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Coeur d'Alene in this condo on the Spokane River. Great location, close to town and beach, great for accessing the biking trails. The complex is brand new and located in a new area of development along the riverfront. This condo is impeccably furnished, first class, with everything you could need. Relaxing on deck overlooking river was perfect every evening. Secured parking and cage for storing bicycles was a plus. Will definitely look to stay again next time we visit CDA.

The place is very nice and brand new (in 2009). Fronts on the Spokane river, and the Centennial bike trail runs adjacent to property. We used as a base of operations for a bike trip, and were able to easily drive to the major rides in the area. The furthest is Route of the Hiawatha, which takes about an hour to drive to. Plummer, one head of the Coeur d'Alene rails-to-trail, is about 50 minutes drive. Easy to get downtown by car or bike trail. Were not very many other people at the condo (in September), so the place was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

We came up for our daughter's graduation from NIC, and were pleasantly surprised to discover this condo was so close to the school- just a srtoll down the riverside bikepath. And the condo was very nice- extremely comfortable and well furnished. The kids loved the two big screen TVs and had a ball chasing the ducks in the river. We all enjoyed the lakeside concerts and hubby got his Starbucks fix every morning, and I absolutely love the Ze spa. Really appreciated Bill's great advance communications and friendliness. Next time we come to Coeur d'Alene, we look forward to enjoying this special place again. Thanks for everything, Jan M.
