Nice, two bedroom, two bath, third floor (no elevator), beach condominium just past the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kill Devil Hills. Condominium fronts the beach road at the eight and one-half mile post. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and easy ocean access across the street.
Condominium has one queen-size bed with private bath, two twin beds in second bedroom with access to full bath, and one queen-size sleep sofa in living area. Balcony access from both bedrooms. Parking is under the unit. Fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Linens are not included but are available at additional cost of $75. Pets are NOT allowed. Non smoking.
Unit is centrally located in the Outer Banks. Eight miles to the outlet malls, nearby to Jockeys Ridge, North Carolina Aquarium, fishing piers, restaurants, charter fishing, and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and Seashore.
Catch the sunrise from the east deck and the sunset from the west. A perfect beginning and end to your day at the beach.

Great location for our family of five. Found the condo to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen with a nice overall setup. Can get a good workout up the three flights of stairs to the condo, but the view makes up for it. We stay at this condo again.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Great price for a very clean rental and we really appreciated the flexible scheduling. Nice location and nearby beach access. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for our family of four. Our daughter enjoyed the second TV.

Our family of four stayed in this condo for three nights. We were very impressed with the convenient location, cleanliness and how well the owners did at having everything we needed there. We felt very comfortable and at home. A perfect place for a vacation!

My parents, fiance, and I spent 3 wonderful nights in this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean, also has a gorgeous view of the ocean from bedroom balconies. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. This condo is a steal for the price, given the fact that you do not have to pay hundreds extra in rental company fees. My family and I highly recommend it as a vacation getaway!!
