Our two year old, 2100 square foot home is located in Grand County, Colorado just off U.S. Highway 40, 65 miles from Denver, 15 miles from Winter Park Resort, 11 miles from SolVista Ski Resort, and 30 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. This comfortable home is part of a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, hiking, horseback riding, rafting, boating, fishing and golf are all close by.
On the first floor of our home is a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and large windows for spectacular mountain views. The sectional sofa opens to a comfy queen bed. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items including gas stove, microwave, oven, coffeemaker, blender, mixer, toaster, dishwasher and place settings for sixteen. There are some plastic dishes for small children and outside dining. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Basic spices can be found in the pantry. The table seats ten, and there is room for two more at the island. The master bedroom, bath, and large walk-in closet are in an off-set area. The half bath, laundry, and two car, heated garage are also on the main level. The garage has plenty of room for ski equipment. There is a deck with a gas grill and table and chairs off the kitchen. The other two bedrooms and bath are on the second level. All beds are queen size. There are plenty of blankets and pillows for at least eight people. There is room for a pack and play in one of the upstairs bedrooms if you need to bring one.
We invite you to be our guest for a quiet get-away or to enjoy the many activities available in the area. This is a smoke-free house, and while we love pets, they are not allowed in this home. Your security deposit will be automatically forfeited if these guidelines are not followed.
Children are welcome, but please remember there is a staircase with no gate.
