This is a perfect vacation home for your family or a group of friends. You will find comfort and luxury with amenities provided. Set in the beautiful, quiet and quaint town of Eden, this vacation will be different from the hustle and bustle of the other ski resorts you may have visited. This unit has a large media room with 8 electronically reclining chairs, this room is perfect for families and/or friends to gather together after a long day of skiing, boarding, snowmobiling or whatever it is you like to do and watch a movie together or play against each other in playstation 3's rockband! There is a brand new 6 person private hot tub on the back patio.
Winter:
Wolf Creek Resort offers great skiing/boarding for beginners and families with children, while Powder Mountain and Snowbasin offer a diverse terrain for beginners, moderate and expert skiers who love the challenge of fresh powder! Featured in Ski Magazine, these are the up and coming mountains of the future! Come and get a taste for yourself. Powder Mountain is 5 minutes up the road, there is a free shuttle that comes to the complex and picks you up and brings you back. Powder mountain has the most amount of ski-able acreage in the United States. You will find fresh powder with no crowds. Snowbasin hosted some of the Winter Olympic events, it is a beautiful mountain, perfect for beginners to expert level.
Everyone can enjoy both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin, from kids to experts. There are private instructors and classes offered at both mountains as well.
Summer/Fall: Mountain biking and hiking are just a few of the favorite things to do in this area, beautiful trails will keep you busy all day long. Other activities include boating, fishing, horseback riding, golf, and many many more!

Our family's loved the unit. Plenty of room with 4 children, Unit was furnished very nicely and we had a wonderful vacation. Loved the proximity to Powder Mountain. Close to unit after a long day of skiing. Would highly recommend staying here for people with families. Thanks again for a wonderful trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

This was our first trip to Utah and it was a wonderful experience. This rental unit was perfect. The owners thought of everything in ensuring our stay was an unbelievable experience. The townhouse was exactly as described, it was beautiful, and had plenty of space for our family to relax and have a good time. The media and game room was enjoyed by all of us, including our three kids. The owners were easy to work with, responsive to our questions and provided a great booklet of information to make sure we could navigate throughout the townhouse and find everything we need in the area. We hope to stay here again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My wife and I stayed here with some friends over New Years. Everything was as promised. Kitchen was well stocked and spacey. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and the media room/downstairs game room was awesome. Watching the Rose Bowl in the media room was unreal..... Powder Mountain is a great mountain and although a winter storm had just moved through the roads to the house were well maintained. The garage was a nice bonus and fit one large SUV, a bunch of boards and skis with room to spare...... Would highly recommend this house to anyone with a group of friends or large family looking for a great place with a ton of both indoor and outdoor activities.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed our stay last year at this luxury townhouse over MLK weekend last January, and I just booked it again this year. It's very well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the video games, and the home theater has to be seen to be believed. Location is convenient to both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin, which offer some of the best, most affordable skiing in the US. Great house for a family vacation. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with.Recommended for: Families with young children.
