  This is the first time we have used VRBO while travelling and it was a great experience! The condo was great and nicely decorated. It was so nice to have access to beach towels, chairs, beach toys, laundry etc so that we didn't have to run around finding places to get them. I found the complex really quiet and it stayed nice and cool with just the windows open and the fans on. It was a short walk to Charley Young beach where you could enjoy the water & sunsets, many shops and restaurants were also within walking distance which was great - we could just pack our son into the stroller and away we'd go! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

  We stayed in this condo for the month of January and felt we were in Paradise. On our arrival we found the condo very clean and inviting with the decor modern and relaxing. The bed is very comfortable and we loved the bathroom design. Eating in was so easy with the well equipped kitchen and the barbecue area downstairs was so convenient and always in immaculate condition. The gardens and pools for the complex are constantly being groomed and maintained. The beaches are a short walk away and in our view, among the best in Hawaii. All in all, our experience exceeded our every expectation and we will definitely return.

  My wife and I stayed at the Maui Vista for two weeks in July. Over all I would rate the experience as good. The condo was on the third floor and had a beautiful garden view. The location was second to none and the grounds were kept very clean. There were a few negatives though. There was/is no a/c in the bedroom and the ceiling fan didn't work. We tried to get a hold of management, but they never got back to us. So because of the heat we ended up sleeping in the living room on the pull out couch as a/c in this area. We didn't really mind this though. The kitchen accessories were a little worn. The beach accessories were also old, dirty and stained. We had to wash the tile floors throughout on arrival as they were dirty and stained the bottom of our feet. Now for the good stuff... Once we got settled we felt like we were at home. The bathroom and shower were excellent, having our own washer and dryer was second to none, having beach accessories was great(even though a little worn), and relaxing on the lanai was great. A plus is that people are not allowed to smoke on the lanais in Maui so we didn't have to put up with second hand smoke. As we prefer not to eat out we were able to cook our own meals and eat in the comfort of home. If you don't have a car don't worry as Charlie Young Beach is across the street. Close, close, close!!! Over all it was the perfect size for the two of us, but I would not recommend staying here with kids...too small. We have two busy teens and the close quarters would drive us nuts. Would I stay here again? Without kids in a heart beat. With kids it would have to be some place a bit bigger. I will say that staying in a condo is the way to go. It gives you so much more freedom.   Owner response: Thank you for comments, Stephen. We will address your troubles with the bedroom fan with our property manager, as I'm very challenged and sorry that this happened. The beach towels were replaced in August, when we had a family member change them out. The beach chairs are only a year old, but become stained with salt, as guests use them in the water.

  This condo is all you could ever want or need for your stay in Maui! All you need to bring is a bathing suit and a good book because everything else is supplied or very close by. The decorating is very professionally done with inviting colors and comfy furniture. The fully stocked kitchen makes eating in a breeze especially with groceries just steps away. The closest beach is less than a 5 minute walk and what a gorgeous beach, the water, the sand, the view! There are several great restaurants from Fred's Mexican to Cafe O'Lei to 5 Palms(amazing view!) to 808 to Coconuts(best fish tacos!) to cute little walk up vendors all very close. The condo was immaculate inside and in the courtyard and has 3 pools to pick from, all on the grounds. There are several barbeques to use and 3 tennis courts free til dark, none of which were very busy. Overall I would rate this condo 11 out of 10 and send all my freinds and family to stay here. We are 100% going to come back and stay here again!

  This condo is an oasis! We loved the decor! It was as in the pictures and so relaxing! Bed and pull-out sofa very comfortable. Has everything you need for the beach...a huge help to us. Loved that we were located in the 3rd building in the back, and not close to the main road yet could easily walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Parking was very easy. Grounds are immaculate. The beach across the road is fantastic! Owner and management company were very responsive and helpful. Management company provided us with the name of a good local car rental place, which we used and really liked. We also couldn't find something after we left and management company was very responsive in letting us know that they hadn't found it in the condo. They were flexible with a late check-out. Would recommend and would definitely return!

  We stayed in this condo for 7 days and really liked it. The property was very clean and well maintained. The condo has everything and more you want or need, and it is in a great location. We were listening the birds in the morning and had a dinner on the lanai at night. Tara, the owner, was very helpful and provided all the information you need when you first time on Maui. We would recommend this condo to our friends and relatives. Thank you Bruce & Tara!

  We truly loved this Maui Vista condo, it is beautifully decorated just like the pictures and description. We made great use of the well-stocked kitchen, and the BBQ area downstairs. All the furniture is comfortable and the place is spotless. We were there for 8 days and felt right at home upon our arrival and had to force ourselves to leave. Working with the owner and the property management company was a piece of cake. We could not have asked for more.

  This condo was everything we expected and more. Upon walking into the condo I knew the pictures on VRBO were accurate which left me with a great feeling to start our 11 day stay on Maui. After looking at lots of condos on VRBO I knew this was the one for us, boy am I glad we got it. The decor is clearly done by a professional with a feel toward relaxation, loved the large bathroom shower and will be stealing some decor ideas for my home bathroom! The well equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking all the local foods and my husband loved using the bbqs in the courtyard. Morning coffee and papaya from the Maui Farmers Market down the road was enjoyed on the lanai while bird watching. Charley Young beach is right across the street and is a great beach for boogie boarding in the morning and sunsets in the evening. This condo was spotless and the grounds were park like. We found Kehei to be our new favorite spot on Maui, great beaches and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can even park the car and walk. The owners were helpful with our vacation plans we can't wait to go back to paradise.

  We started our vacation in Maui on July 28th. After staying 5 days in the Maui Coast hotel we decided to look for accommodations that were less generic. WE spent a couple of hours searching through VRBO on the internet. One ad captured our attention. At first we thought it was too good to be true but we decided to try it anyway. I am so glad we did.
