General Description:
Just a stones throw from the Bay, this beautiful bayside home provides wonderful views of the bay from any of the three decks as well as all the comforts and amenities you could want for a fun and relaxing vacation on Long Beach Island.

Spectacular bay views and dreamy sunsets are provided on the two rear decks or the cozy front porch. Your family and friends will enjoy the comfort of five bedrooms and three full baths. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and includes many high quality amenities making it an ideal home for casual entertaining or for a private retreat. A beautiful kitchen with all the best appliances and cookware contains a large center island with stools and a separate eating area. After a day at the beach or on the bay, shower in the large outside shower/changing room and enjoy cocktails on the deck as you grill your favorite food on the outside stainless steel natural gas grill. Inside you can relax as you watch any of the five color televisions or listen to your favorite CD on the living room entertainment system. Other amenities include central air conditioning, high-speed Internet, cable TV with five TVs, living room entertainment system with surround sound, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and ceiling fans in every room.
Conveniently located just a few steps from Barnegat/Manahawkin Bay and 4 short blocks to the ocean, you are also close to many shops and restaurants.
Please, absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING on the property. Our house is beautifully maintained so no group rentals are allowed. Tenants must provide their own linens (towels, sheets, blankets, pillow covers, etc.). Information on linen rental can be provided.
House comfortably sleeps 11.
$1000 Security/Deposit Required. Saturdays 11AM Checkout, 2PM Checkin.
Only families considered, NO GROUPS will be considered.
1 WEEK MINIMUM stay required.
New in 2011: we removed the sofa bed from the 1st floor front bedroom and replaced it with a bunk bed.

This location is great as it has fantastic Bay views, great sunsets, frequent views of sailboats sailing, it is a safe location and within walking distance of the beach.

The house has great views of the Bay from the 2 rear decks and the front porch. The interior has lots of amenities for relaxing, and cooking and dining.
Access to the Beach and local shops and restaurants are 1/2 mile from house.
1/2 mile from the house is the Surf City Bay Beach, a protected beach greast for the smaller kids.
Basketball Court, Baseball Field, and an extensive fenced in playground. Also boat ramp ($).
Private Club where you will see lots of sail boats sailing in the bay during the summer months.
