We loved the spot! The view of the mountains was the perfect morning greeting. We lounged, read, cooked, and just hung out. The dogs loved exploring the smells and creatures around the pond. The blue dragonflies were totally sci-fi! We hiked several trails, ate fabulous flatbread, and played badminton. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you!

What a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place in a home tha has been so lovingly tended! Highlights of the week included: kayks in the pond, catching frogs, eating as-you-pick blackberries and smores, smores and more smortse please! We also hiked Camel's Hump, visited and jumped at the Warren Water Hole, ate our way through the Farmer's Market, and Flat Bread's and Burlington .... We had a great time! One of us biked UP the App-Gap and one of us picked him up for some coffee after. .... What a beautiful time our family had at your beautiful, stunning home.

Loved your spacious house and froggy pond! Our family enjoyed the kayaks, badminton, bocce, bikes and wiffle baseball! The full moon was an added treat. We had delightful suppers under the pergola. We never want to leave Vermont! Thank you!

Thank you so much for letting us use your house! It is very beautiful and the view is insane! We went to many places like the Cold Hollow Cider Mill. The donuts there are pretty good, and so is the cider. We also went to visit Lake Champlain -- which is a great viewing area. We can't wait to visit again!

Color and design are v. important to me and the house is a delight to be in. Kayaks and frogs were great fun and we enjoyed the flowers. I will have to have my own pergola soon -- congratulations on yours as I understand it is brand new. Greatest joy was our granddaughter's having "a WONDERFUL week!" Best wishes and thanks! There was a family from Connect... Who thought it nice, for a week to defect so, off to Vermont To stay by the Pond An experience, said all, that was perfect!!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house and setting were so much more than we were expecting and made for the best family vacation in a very long time. We feel fortunate to have experience staying in this house. We spent the days on the mountain and the evenings and nights hanging out in the kitchen cooking up some great food, chatting, and drinking a little Rye. Thanks for making the house so hospitable and warm! Hope to stay again soon.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us. What a weekend! We had sunny skies, sleet, rain, & snow -- and enjoyed it all! We went on some great hikes and Charlie (3 years old) enjoyed his first bonfires and toasted marshmallows. Thank you for everything. B------ Family (Boston)
