Welcome to Kelly Greens Country Club, championship golf course and residential upscale gated community. Enjoy your stay at this breathtaking 2nd floor veranda over viewing the 15th fairway and its beautiful lakes.
You have your choice of two screened-in Lanai, with one over viewing the golf course and one overseeing the neighborhood. The traditional Floridian decor will have you feeling very comfortable and relaxed when enjoying the views.
Your less then 5 minutes from Sanibel and Captiva Islands and just 10 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. The airport is 15 miles away, and minutes from your veranda your options are endless with dozens of public beaches, shopping centers, outlet malls, etc.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, a master bathroom, a bay window with a golf course view, and is also equipped with a separate door to the screened-in Lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a bathroom right across the hallway. The fully-furnished kitchen is also equipped with a wet bar looking out into the living room area.
Kelly Greens Country Club is a championship golf course, Par 72 and plays up to 6800 yards from the back tees. There are five different tee boxes to accommodate any players skill level. There is a driving range and pro shop.
This monthly rental veranda comes with a membership to the Country Club for $200 paid to the country club for the transfer of membership. With the transfer of membership, you can enjoy all the amenities of the country club along with many great rounds of golf on this beautiful and challenging course.
