A beautiful sunny living and dining area upstairs includes a large deck that shows gorgeous forest views with Lake Tahoe peeking through the trees. The backyard is landscaped into a stunning park like setting, complete with grill, teak lawn furniture, bar, natural stone pathways. A see through fence provides extra security.

The kids will think they have their own place, as the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are adjacent to a large family room equipped with a separate entertainment center.

Located 1 mile from the shoreline. Located 3 miles from Homewood ski resort, 30 minutes from Alpine and Squaw ski resorts. 45 minutes to North shore. 45 minutes to South shore (in summer months). 10 miles to Tahoe City with many fine restaurants along the way. Boat launches near-by. In the summer months plenty of parking on the street for an RV or a boat.

  • The Tree House is perfectly named as it sits up high with views of trees from every angle. This vacation home had ALL the comforts of home.....perfect open kitchen-fully equipped, spacious rooms, cozy linens and the perfect downstairs "kid zone". Our family of four had the perfect snowboarding vacation. This home is perched on the end of a cul de sac which made it very private and relaxing. It was wonderful to have use of the spacious garage , especially in the cold and snowy mornings! Counting the days until the next snowfall so we can return for another week...perhaps two??. There's really not anything more you can ask for in a vacation home. Thanks for opening your home to us. The Ataides

  • We stayed in the Tahoe Tree House in April, and had one of the most memorable vacations. The house is immaculate, comfortably furnished, and the grounds are incomparable. Sugar Pine Point is right in the backyard. My kids sledded all day for two days, and I enjoyed reading books by the fire and watching movies. A quick drive to the Homewood area for a couple of hours of snow shoeing finished off the weekend. Thank you! We will be back!

  • Fabulous vacation home... Convenient to Homewood ski resort which is great for families. The home is tastefully decorated,very modern and includes luxurious linens. If you are looking for luxury, look no further. Our family 6 adults and 3 children loved it and did not want to go home. We hope to come back next year.
