Clean and decorated condominium with two private bedrooms; one has a full-size bed and other has two twin beds. There is an over-sized living room/dining room combination which is open to the kitchen. Living room has two sofa beds - queen size. The condominium is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, and CAC. Tenants must bring their own linens, towels, and pillows.
The heated pool has decking for beach chairs. The sun shines on the pool all afternoon, good protection for the windy days at the beach or relaxing after a hot day at the beach. Pool is open until 8:00 PM. There is additional decking outside the condominium for lounging in the afternoon or evening, and multiple barbecue grills for outdoor eating.
There is a private parking stall for each condominium, plus FREE street parking. You are just one and one-half blocks from FREE public parking.
