This condominium complex is on the beach, overlooking the ocean, and is about a block off the boulevard, so you can walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping and a movie theater! There are a total of 10 units, and we are on the top corner, with amazing views of the bay, downtown, and the Las Hadas area.
Amenities of the complex include gated covered parking and elevator. Relax around the condo pool facing the ocean, or step out onto the beach with a lesurely walk, play in the surf or do a little sunbathing. We have beach chairs and umbrellas for your beach use.
There are 4 great golf experiences, El Tamarindo ( Fleming 18 hole), Isla Navidad (Von Hagge 27 hole), Club Santigo ( 9 hole), Club Las Hadas (Dye 18 hole)…. come play in our backyard.
Our condo features 4 bedrooms total; 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the main floor, with the 4th bedroom on the rooftop with a full bath. The common areas of the Living/Dining/Kitchen are quite large, with an open floor plan and 180-degree sweeping views of the ocean. There are two terraces facing the ocean, one off the living area, and the other off the master bedroom. As you venture up the winding staircase to the rooftop, you will find the last bedroom & bath, a large “Palapa”, with a huge furnished terrace. We have also added a beautiful new Jacuzzi on the rooftop that overlooks the beach and ocean.
