I cant say enough about the accommodations at Terra Bella. Two couples had a wonderful 4 days. The entire house was just as advertised. The decor was incredible and everything was extremely clean. Bedrooms were exquisite with every bedroom having a private bathroom. Kitchen was loaded! Lots of room and everything you need. The patio, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace were used every night. We loved the quiet of the location. Stereo had an i-pod hook up for playing jazz while opening wine in the kitchen. Night time was gorgeous with a great view of the stars! I cannot say one thing negative about this rental. Also, thanks for the gift basket of goodies and wine. It did not last long and it was a nice touch. Keep up the good work. I hope we can go back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed at Terra Bella for one month now and are very fortunate to have one more month to look forward to. My husband and I have booked many VRBO homes before, but Terra Bella is our favourite. We are seniors and like to be out in nature, but also close enough to get to stores & restaurants and Terra Bella is perfect as you can see a good variety of birds outside your windows, hear the coyotes at night, sometimes see a havelina stroll by and in minutes you can be on a nice hike where you are bound to see mule deer. The house itself is terrific and you instantly feel at home. Sue has decorated and furnished it with great taste and thought. She is the perfect owner/manager, as truly, if you need anything, she will make it happen and quickly, but totally gives you your own space, too. We love hiking the buttes and canyons and do a different one each day and this area is wonderful for the hiking, biking on road and off and also exploring amazing petroglyphs (1000 years old ) and Hopi ruins (Wupatki is a must). It is also easy to do a trip to Painted Desert, Grand Canyon etc. We like being out of the touristy Sedona, so the Village of Oak Creek is a natural. There is so much to see and do, that even in our two month visit we won't get it all in, but what a treat to stay in a beautiful 'home away from home' like Terra Bella and come back after hiking to jump into the hot tub. I have already recommended Terra Bella to my friends for a short stay or a long stay. You won't regret it. Owner response: It has been a delight have such wonderful guests. I hope you can come back again soon.

Six of us stayed (3 couples) at Bella Terra and were most impressed with the gorgeous and comfortable decor, spaciousness, well appointed and stocked kitchen, large dining & living rooms, and attention to details right down to thoughtful toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Furthermore, the back patio has a grill and outdoor fireplace with 2 large comfortable sitting areas and dining area, which was a perfect setting for us to spend time together to watch the sunset over the red rock-scape, enjoy home made meals, rich conversation and nourish our souls with love, laughter, and magic moments after hiking the beautiful trails. The house was perfectly located for our desired Sedona destinations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, would recommend Bella Terra to others, and hope to return in the future! Thank you for opening your beautiful home for others to embrace and enjoy the peaceful energy it emanates.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had 6 of us from Canada stay at Terra Bella and it was absolutely wonderful. The pictures we have seen do not do it justice. The layout of the house allows for everyone to have their own space. One thing I do worry about sometimes when going away is how comfortable are the beds. No disappointment here. We all found the beds to be very comfortable. This was especially nice after a day of sightseeing, touring and hiking. From the very beginning Sue made sure to make us feel at home. She is extremely organized and ensures that you have as much information as possible for the house and all there is to do in Sedona and the surrounding area. The house was stocked with everything you could imagine. The only thing we had to buy was our meat, vegetables, bread and dairy products. Otherwise she had the cupboards fully stocked with all the utensils, small appliances, dishes, condiments or whatever else you may need. There are even board games to play if you have kids. If you are looking for a place to stay in Sedona that allows you to relax and unwind, Terra Bella is the place. My only regret was not being able to stay longer.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Hi Sue, Arrived yesterday around 4. Absolutely love your home! We all do, It is beautiful! The layout is awesome! Thanks for the cool gift basket. We appreciate it! I know we'll enjoy our stay in your lovely home. I've used VRBO several times over the past ten years and although all the properties have been nice this is by far the nicest. This was an awesome find! Thanks again, JohnDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/3

The house is conveniently located in the village of Oak Creek a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona. The local shopping center has a fabulous bakery, pizza, etc. Terra Bella is very tastefully decorated, and every piece of furniture and furnishing is carefully chosen with an attention to detail. My son loved his "cowboy bedroom" and is now asking for a hewn wood kingsize bed at home! Warning: not for small children, since the great room has numerous steps that take some getting use to, although my teenage children had no trouble at all with them. Back yard, what can I say? It's HUGE with views of the red rocks. Sitting in the hot tub under the night stars, who could ask for more? Only danger is you might not want to leave the house to go sight seeing!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have just returned from our week in Sedona and Terra Bella. It was absolutely wonderful. Terra Bella was as much a vacation as Sedona was. There were four of us and each day we set out to explore the area, including Winslo, where we stood on the corner, Meteor carator, rafting Glen canyon, the Grand Canyon, of course, and just exploring Sedona. But another highlight each day, was returning to this beautiful home for grilling and cocktails under the stars! Priceless!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our company's philosphy is "Delight the consumer." The owners of Terra Bella take this philosophy to heart. They leave no stone unturned, and I guarantee you that you will be continually delighted by their attention to every detail. From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a welcome basket, we knew we had chosen a special place. The kitchen comes equipped stocked with every appliance imaginable, plus a nice variety of spices and staples (including fresh coffee beans!). The bathrooms comes stocked with plenty of towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. In the garage, we found sleeping bags for picnics and star gazing at Airport Mesa. The patio has an eating table, lounge chairs, a fireplace, and the awesome hot tub that we made good use of. The beds were comfortable with cotton linens and tons of pillows. They even provided robes for the hot tub. But the most impressive thing? The shooting stars that they arranged for us the first night as we sat in the hot tub and finally had the sense to look up. Bravo! Seriously, I was the travel coordinator for our couples trip and had a wide variety of rental choices for the Sedona portion of our trip. I have to admit that it was a bit overwhelming at times. Ultimately I'd narrowed down my choices to either a 2 bdrm timeshare rental or Terra Bella. The pictures and reviews here convinced me to take a chance and rent a home. I cannot tell you how glad that I am that I chose Terra Bella. Let's just say that I was honored with a toast (with the wine that they provided!) for picking such a great house. There is not one thing that I'd change about the house, or the location, which is outside of Sedona (and its traffic) and just a stone's throw from Bell Rock. I doubt there there are many rentals in Sedona that can compete with the beauty and uniqueness of Terra Bella -- certainly not for the price. If you are wavering, don't. Just cross your fingers and hope that it's available the week you want it. We loved everything about it and hope to return soon. *** Favorite activities in Sedona: Hiking, Pink Jeep tour (a must-- book early), star gazing in the hot tub with good friendsRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
