Southwest Cape Coral, adjacent to the new Cape Harbour development with marina, 2 restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. This location is at the end of a wide canal with a dock providing sailboat and powerboat access to open water in less than ten minutes. There are no bridges or locks blocking your access to the Gulf.

Southern Exposure Lania. 4 Large bedrooms, a living room, a library and a den in addition to the dining room, kitchen and laundry room.

This property has a utility room with washer and dryer. There is a two-car garage, large, screened lanai area with an attractive heated swimming pool and attached hot tub. The pool may be heated at any time of the year, to meet your requirements at no extra cost. The lanai area is equipped with a selection of outdoor furniture.

This home is situated on a wide salt water canal with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. There is a dock great for fishing from. We also include fishing rods for added enjoyment. For trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, towels and mats are included.

Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, and beyond. Cape Coral is served by Southwest International Airport (RSW) which is about 20 minutes drive. Otherwise, both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about two-hours drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75.

Cape Coral has plenty of golf courses, shops, and restaurants to choose from as well as a cinema, Yacht Club, beach, and pier. For those considering a two centre vacation to include the theme parks of Orlando and Kissimmee, Cape Coral is about a three-hour drive South using I-4 and I-75.

My name is Liz Boyd. My husband and I bought this house in Cape Coral January 2009. We are hoping to retire there and leave the Maryland winters behind. We have two sons.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southwest

We fell in love with Southwest Florida. We also visited Southeast Florida and it can not compare with the west.

    • We fell in love with this house when we walked in the door...beautiful hardwood floors, tastefully decorated and ready for relaxation or entertaining! The neighbors were very friendly and when it was time to go, my son said, "I feel like I'm leaving home!" We had a great time and definitely plan on returning. Another plus is immediate communication with the owners and deposit returned promptly!

    • When we walked through the door, we were amazed at how nice it was, it was absolutely beautiful. The master bedroom was grand, and the master bath was very elegant too. The pool was really nice, and fishing was good. This is definitely a place we will visit over and over again.

    • My husband and I spent a week at this lovely home.We were more than pleased. It has a beautiful canal view. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could need. Also conveniently located. Loved the pool. Highly recommend it.

    • The pictures do not do this house justice! Our extend family of 10 adults and 2 young children stayed comfortably for a week in the home. Beautiful view of the canal (caught some fish:)) Nice pool, lots of community areas between the kitchen, dining area, outside dining, and living room. Location is central to many of the area attractions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
