This home is craftsman style, and is almost new. It was designed by a famous Ventura architect and builder. It has high ceilings, open living spaces, and overlooks the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, balcony, and the two master bedroom balconies. It also has a ceiling sprinkler system.
You can literally walk out the security gated entrance, and immediately walk to all that downtown Ventura has to offer. Restaurants, theaters (both live and cinematic), antique shops, gift shops, clothing stores, book stores, and of course the ocean. You really don't need to get into your car, unless you choose to. You can park inside the gated entrance, or there is street parking adjacent to the home. Adults, and accompanied youths can use the 6 person therapeutic spa.
Previous guests have enjoyed day trips to Ojai, Solvang, Santa Barbara, wine country, and the Chumash Casino. And Ventura is known for its great surfing. There are many surfing spots to recommend. There are bike paths that run along the ocean, or can take you all the way to Ojai. Great golf courses are nearby. A washer and dryer is also included onsite.

Guests can simply walk out the door to walk to Starbucks, theater, both live and cinematic, fine dining, library, clothing stores, antique stores, circle k, book stores, and other unique shops. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$225/night (2 night minimum unless agreed upon) .. $1300/week .. $3000/month
September 1 through May 31
City of Ventura collects a 10% fee on less than 1 month rental.
Summer June 1 through August 31st is $250 per day, and $1400 per week, and $4000 p
cleaning fee is $100 per stay.
