This amazingly beautiful groundlevel corner unit is nestled in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. There are three shopping centers directly across the street where you can walk to shop, eat, rent a movie, buy groceries or in an emergency visit a doctors office. The sunny beaches will call out to you to come walk or lay beside the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
You may consider relaxing by the pool and taking in the rays. This low-density 18 unit complex provides utility carts to make unloading and loading easier. Local and free long distance telephone service is provided so you can stay in touch with family and friends while on vacation. Unlimited Dsl service will accommodate those who need to work while away from home or for those who just want to use their computer for entertainment.
BR/1 has two twin size wicker beds with light house theme decor. Plenty of closet space and drawers for personal belongings. Great for children of all ages. Also, has sliding doors to private balcony.
BR/2 is adorable. The flip-flop appliquéd bedspread dresses-up a Queen size bed while the walls wear sun hats to complete the flip-flop/hat theme for this bright colored room. This bedroom has a direct entry to the bathroom. Has TV/DVD/AM/FM/Clock radio.
Master BR has great view of pool and beach. It has a king size bed adorned with a palm tree spread and matching curtains, 2 nightstands, dresser, 27" TV/DVD/VCR/AM/FM/Clock radio. Has large walk-in closet. MasterBA has H/H vanity and jetted marble garden tub.
Kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances, dishes and utensils. Has raised bar and table w/6 chairs.
Laundry room has full size washer/dryer and iron with full size ironing board.
Living area is breath-taking when you walk in as you see the pool area, beach, and ocean. The warm feel of the beautiful red and yellow walls make you feel comfortable and confident your vacation will be exciting. This room has a sofa bed and loveseat for plenty of seating.
Also, a TV/DVD/VCR is provided for your entertainment and relaxation. The extra large sliding doors and windows leads to a wrap around balcony with table and chairs.
