  So close to the beach and even the weather was good to us. Many thanks to Miss Sandy from Orlando Pool Homes, who looked after us very kindly by the rental. The apartment is well divided and was sufficient for us.( Mother 60 , son 37 and grandson 2 years old) However should the walls near the livingroom window renovated soon. The Paint is crumbling down. Also the refrigerator should be replace. The condo was very clean and I never found one of this little brown special kitchen insects! Thanks a lot to the busy woman who cleans over there. To sum up, I can write that I miss Florida and this nice sunny apartment. We had a wunderful vacation. Marita from Bremerhaven / Germany

The ceiling spackle was caused from condensation from above air-conditioner and glad that it didn't bother your having a wonderful vacation as it's really nothing. The fridge is a great little fridge and other than a little rust on the outside, it's perfect for the kitchen and works great and freezes so nicely for ice-cubes and saves trips to the ice machine. Glad you enjoyed and miss our place. We'll look forward to seeing you again and it was a pleasure having you visit.

  My friends and I have just returned from our week long stay in this unit. The whole booking process was handled by a wonderful lady, Sandy. She was a charm to deal with and was very helpful in booking, taking care of our needs while we were there, and helping point out area attractions we should visit. This unit would not be the same without her, she truly cares about your vacation experience on a personal level. The actual unit itself is beautiful, nicely decorated, and the views! Oh boy the views! Unless you're in the kitchen cooking, you've got a beautiful view of the ocean. The huge window behind the dining room table over looking the ocean is breathtaking! The two balconies make it so simple to get even closer to the view! The room was very clean and was stocked with everything you'll need for the week (Cups, plates, bowls, a pitcher, etc.) The beds and futons are VERY comfortable. I was extremely impressed with the comfort of the futon! I will highly recommend this to everyone I know not only for the room, but for the owner as well! We look forward to making this our yearly vacation spot!

  Everything exactly as listed. Stayed in June 2010. Wonderful location, beautiful ocean views. The humidifier worked well. Near everything-shopping, restaurant, roads. My family of four absolutely loved it and are looking forward to returning!

  Booked this condo for a "moms weekend away" for a friend and I, and we had a great time. The owner was wonderful to work with and called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction when we arrived. Condo building itself shows a little wear and tear, but the condo was exactly as it appears in the photos ...CLEAN, well-decorated, all furniture was in excellent condition, and overall the condo had a great beachy vibe without the sand -- a real PLUS! I loved that there was a dehumidifier to keep the condo dry and comfortable, wide ocean-view windows and balcony, and spacious living room/bedroom. Galley kitchen is tiny and not the easiest to cook in, but it suited our needs just fine -- breakfast, lunch, and then we'd eat dinner out at many of the nearby restaurants. (Charley Horse has incredible crab legs!) Location is perfect -- within easy walking distance to pier and boardwalk. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it to friends!
