Our 3 person family stayed for 4 nights the week of July 4th, it was a great place to stay. Short walk to the beach, restauraunts with in walking distance, and the condo was clean. Kim is a very sweet lady to work with, and I would love to go back in the future. This was our first time ever in Florida and it was very nice.

This condo was great in every way. Really enjoyed the location and the private beach access. Beach was not crowded at all. We were even there memorial weekend and with the private homes around this condo the beach still wasn't that crowded. The condo is very nice and accomodates 6 people, even with one bathroom we definitely managed. Walk to beach wasn't far at all. You can see the ocean from back deck. Security guards on property to make sure everything is in order. Kim is wonderful to work with and very nice to talk to. GREAT VACATION, WISH I WAS STILL THERE!!! Thanks Kim.

Our family of six LOVED your place on the beach! The location is perfect, end unit on third floor with no noise, high ceilings. Situated right over pool and grills so we could watch the kids play from one of our three balconies. Very short walk to private beach. Short drive to shopping, short walk to beach restaurants and beach/ice cream shop. AWESOME! Thank you, Kim!

our small 3 person family rented the condo last october we really injoyed our stay .the condo was very clean ,you can be on the beach in less than 5 minutes .my son loved the heated pool and the hot tub .we stayed 3 nites / 4days more than enough room for us plus the owner was great to work with us .

Kim was extremely pleasant to work with and always quick to respond. We loved the location and her end unit was one of the best in the complex; you could see the ocean from the front deck and also see the heated pool from the other deck. The unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated.
