This classic and charming home in Crested Butte is located on 7th Street directly across the street from the main park in town and therefore only a few blocks to Elk Avenue. Everything is within walking distance so you may not even need a car.
The open floor plan, large windows and high ceilings provide for a warm atmosphere and some great views. The main element of the first floor is an open and cozy living space with a fireplace and a complete TV/stereo/gaming entertainment setup. The large updated kitchen is fully equipped and has a quaint breakfast area.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one is a large king bedroom with a nearby full bathroom. The other bedroom is a double bunk room perfect for kids, including some games/toys. Off the back/side of the house is a small, south-facing deck. A great place for morning coffee or to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
The second floor has a small office area, large master bedroom, and a full bath with steam shower. The master bedroom has spectacular views of Mt Crested Butte and Paradise Divide as well as an attached deck.
We love spending time in Crested Butte, and hope you will too!

We stayed for 4 nights in July and loved it! The place was clean and beautiful and the location was fabulous. The place far exceeded our expectations! It was a short walk to get anywhere in town for food, drinks, music or the farmers market. Some of our party had their mountain bikes with them and could just leave the house on epic rides. The people that just wanted to relax could do so on the back deck/patio surrounded by trees and flowers. (The hot tub broke the day before we arrived but things happen.) We would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to returning someday!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
