This spacious family oriented 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd living floor condo is centrally located on East Poplar Avenue in the heart of Wildwood. Just 1 block to the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to restaurants, movie theatre, shopping, bike rentals, Morey's amusements, and water parks.
The fully equipped ceramic tile kitchen includes; large refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen aide mixer, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, toaster, electric can opener, pots, pans, cake pans, cup cake pans, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils. The ceramic tile dining area has a pub table that seats eight.
The family room has two chocolate leather sofas, coffee table, end table, computer desk/chair/WIFI, and a large screen 42" LCD HD cable television, DVD player, and I-pod, AM/FM, CD sound system. Relax and enjoy cable TV, music, magazines, books, and games to entertain kids from 6 to 96. Bring your I-Pod or favorite music CD's to play in the sound system.
Relax on the balcony with your favorite drink and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of the shore. There is a table with 4 chairs on the balcony with a view of the ocean, boardwalk, fireworks (Friday's) and some of the taller rides.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser with mirror, two end tables with lamps, ceiling fan, storage closet for clothes, 28" LCD television and private full bathroom.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two twin beds with bookcase head boards and a night table. Each room has a ceiling fan and large storage closet for clothes.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, dresser with mirror, two end tables with lamps, 24" LCD television, and large storage closet for clothes.
Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3, share one full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.
Park your car in your own private garage, with garage door opener and room to store your bikes and beach gear. In front of the garage is one off street parking spot.
Barbeque your own steaks, burgers, and hot dogs.
Full weeks must be rented during the summer season, Saturday to Saturday. In the off season, must rent a minimum of 2 nights. Book early to avoid disappointment. Eight person limit. Must be 25 years or older to rent. NO proms and NO senior weeks. Deposit of $300 is required to hold the date and used for security deposit. Full rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned when keys are returned and there is no damage. Check-in is 3:00 P.M. and check-out is 10:00 A.M. Pillows, blankets, and bedspreads are provided; must bring own linens and towels.

I've been coming to Wildwood since I was a child and now my children enjoy the shore and memories. Wildwood is an easy drive from Philadelphia, Washington, Baltimore and New York and is one of the best free white sand beaches with the world famous boardwalk. Wildwood has everything from water parks, water sports, fishing, miniature golf, shopping, fine dining, and large boardwalk with restaurants, food stands, shops, arcades, entertainment, and amusement rides.
