- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): Master shower is updated to with built in seat and grab-rail. There is no door to shower, so the access is very simple.
- Kid Friendly: We have had plenty of children stay in the condo. They love the pool, easy access to the beach and the other kids that stay at the property
